People who worked at the hotel were all very nice. The pool was fun. The gym facilities were very much appreciated. The atmosphere was festive, and the facilities supported that feeling.

Towels were re-supplied every so often and upon request, so that was good. But we didn't realize at the outset that the room was going to be cleaned only minimally during our stay (e.g., trash cans were emptied every other day), and the bed wasn't going to be made. It wasn't by any means a situation without pros (e.g., added privacy), and some of the would-be cons weren't important (having the bed made by staff is overkill, though it used to be a hotel standard). So that was somewhat of a surprise.

Rooms and bathroom good size, beds super comfortable, staff very nice, parking lot, AC amazing, internet was very good and I had a very good experience overall

The room service didn’t made the bed, change the sheets or added more coffee and water

The front desk staff were amazing, our room was kept extremely clean & well stocked with towels & coffee during our week stay. Marylyn & Desarei were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & family visiting the area.

That my vacation came to an end.

Great customer service in the lobby when checking in and glad there was secure parking available . The room was very clean and bed comfortable . Nice shower and no issues. Good location and value.

Nothing to dislike

We have stayed here before and this is our first time back since Cov19. We checked in 3/11/222 @ 11PM, the room and bath was not very clean in general, AC unit did not work, beds were very bumpy and the window did not lock, we were on the second floor but it was late. 3/12/22 at 6:3AM, I called front desk, I requested a change of room but was denied but they did send maintenance for the window. He had to enter a couple times due to the parts needed repair. He had mask on and friendly, We left for a family funeral 9AM, came back 1:30PM and made a request for change of room with the front desk. She was very nice and gave us another room. When we went up to pack and move our room was cleaned. New room: clean, beds much more comfortable and not squeaky and bumpy, AC works, Window no problem, had a better view. Overall, Staffs are very friendly. Rooms have small refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and microwave. No complementary water bottle, buy your own and put in the frig. I think the bath need updating. The Bistro was closed so we missed that. It was nice in the past, to be able to get a drink before heading up to our room at the end of the day. Compare to our previous stays, it dropped a notch. Location is near freeway 10, Denny's, Mexican Restaurant, Starbuck and McDonalds. We had a good stay and wants to thank the staffs.

Didn't have breakfast, I was not aware it included breakfast.

I didn't like that their wasn't bottled water available in the room to make the coffee that was available to make.

Starbucks servers were very pleasant and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool could’ve been a little cleaner. It seemed a little dated.

Very clean and very comfy bedding.

Breakfast was not included and the price was higher than other hotels in the area.

Cleanliness. Bed sheets smelled of bleach… Love it!

Can hear everything in the hall ways and slamming if doors. But it’s a small price to pay for cleanliness and safety.
