Myrakle was at the front desk on the first night we started. She is wonderful!!! So helpful and patient. I had driven straight thru from Washington to Alabama without staying in a room anywhere. So I was exhausted and my brain felt muddled up. She was so sweet and patient and waited for me to get myself together lol. She started our trip on the right foot and that alone was wonderful.!! I'd recommend starting here first and foremost for her customer service!

The only problem we encountered was that the hot water in the bath tub wasn't as hot as we would have liked but it was hot enough to soak for a few minutes.

The morning front desk man was ass nice and friendly as Myrakle was. He was attentive and very accommodating. I believe this place for very lucky when they got these two employees. It's great to have such a positive experience with check in cuz it seems here lately like the last few years, that the first people you encounter sweet the tone for the whole stay. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!

It was an overall good stay. Quiet enough, comfortable bed

Not being from the area, the street leading up to the hotel was confusing. When you get off the Interstate, there's a right turn that's tough. You have to turn your head to.an impossible position those the traffic comibg.

Check in was easy and stress free. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms come with a microwave and mini fridge. The AC was nice and cold.

The only improvement I would recommend is adding more options for breakfast like eggs or biscuits and gravy.

I really appreciate staff or owners however this was a repeat stay and was gonna make it my hotel spot for my cruises however I travel 7 hrs to get here just wanted to check in early(..noon)...nothing un reasonable to us anyways...was 😫 tired just wanted to rest before cruise next morning but wasn't a possibility without paying additional fees had to wait till 3..just think when u get repeat customers there should be some consideration (special)..customer appreciation..but love the hotel and staff...

the lobby is beautiful, i love that there’s breakfast, the location is great, the beds and pillows were very confortable, the mirror with the light around it is an awesome feature in the rooms

couldn’t find the ice machine, couldn’t figure out how to get into the lobby from my room & ended up having to walk all the way around the building, the floors in my room were really dirty, don’t like the $100 deposit in which I still haven’t received mine back..

I liked the friendly staff and it was a really cozy place , was clean !

I didn’t like that this app didn’t show we needed to do a $100 deposit but it’s okay because I had it and got it back . As long as you clean up your mess you will get it back .

Easy check in/out or extensions, friendly staff, room clean, good location to everything. Stayed here several weeks while my Mom was in the hospital in January, returned to stay for follow up medical procedures for myself.

The pool didn't work The hot water stopped working for a few days

Even though the hotel was in the process of remodeling, everything in the public areas were clean. I requested a handicap on the ground floor, which they provided. Everything was clean and new, shower was very nice.

Need to have more ice machines. Had to walk around to the other building to find one.
