The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly, approachable and kind and always smiled. I like that they don’t automatically enter and clean your room every day, but will do so, if asked. Felt the place was extremely clean quality of breakfast was average, but what I would expect almost at any hotel these days.

The breakfast but again it was on par with similar hotels that I’ve stayed at in recent years. The person responsible breakfast, and excellent job in making sure that there were things there at all times. I never saw anything run out, but I saw he was very attentive

We always love staying at this accommodation. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and nicely styled. The breakfast is really good and the breakfast times are really great and flexible.

I think that this applies to most all hotels, even higher end ones, but they need to replace the mattresses with nicer memory foam. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable but they are really nice quality, they just smoosh very easily. A nice bar/lounge in the hotel would be excellent with a nice room service menu and restaurant.

When checked in John (at the front desk) said that my credit card had been declined. I said I had prepaid though Booking.com. They went ahead and charged my card again, but since took the charge off. They said it will be several days before it will credit on my card, since then my cut off on my card is the 20th of the month, so likely it will hit my credit card statement BEFORE the credit arrives. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Other than this stay was very well.

The entire experience from check in at the lobby to the stay in our room was perfect. Lobby is comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. Large bathroom. Friendly staff. And breakfast was fresh and delicious

Could have used a beverage vending machine on our floor. There was a sign for it and the ice machine, but no vending machine there

Loved the ladies at the front counter the young lady with the buns in the afternoon and the young lady in the morning were so nice and it seemed like they always came out right on time.

I loved everything I can’t believe they had lemon waffles and then cinnamon my husband was hey 😂

The room comfortably accommodated our family. The fitness room was well appointed (for my imaginary workout).

The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. The selection was standard for this sort of stay. Bacon and eggs were gross. Prepackaged stuff and waffles were fine. Coffee was fine.

The breakfast was excellent, the front desk staff on both shifts were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I hated my experience with booking.com. And I will never use them again. I will call directly to Hampton Inn for my reservations from now one. I will NEVER use booking.com again. They tried to blame Hampton Inn for the screwup.

Nothing could have been changed on the breakfast it was very satisfactory for my needs in the morning rush. I was pleased with the selections.

nothing really. maybe a more pleasant wake up call or faster service checking in but other than that nothing could be changed it was very satisfying

This is an exceptional hotel. The Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. The lobby was very clean and had coffee and tea available for us. Great service. The parking lot was super clean and large. Plenty of space. I think this hotel was convenient in all ways. Breakfast had many offerings. A very nice variety and fresh. Excellent.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Everything was clean and friendly.

I am not a breakfast person, but I do go down for juice and coffee, the coffee is great and the breakfast area is vey welcoming. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming.

The TV, some are so confusing, hard to get to guide. Nothing earth shattering, but a channel guide actually in the room would help people like me who always has issues with anything technical.
