We parked for a week whilst w were away. Very good service. Breakfast is superb. A great choice for all tastes. We also ate in one of the restaurants and the food and service was very good. Prices are higher than we normally pay but it is convenient for LHR. Use the pre booked taxi service if you are going to and from the airport. It is a lot cheaper than getting a taxi, as we found out!

Our room (2219) was good but the bed was very close to the wall and no one side with bed side table was a minor inconvenience. When we stayed there before our trip the room was a different one and better laid out.

Welcome, parking and room great

Unfortunately, when I checked in it transpired that I’d booked two rooms, by mistake. One through the hotel and one through booking.com. It was a genuine mistake and it was unfortunate that reception staff couldn’t have cancelled one of the rooms, once it was obvious it was a mistake, by me. I therefore paid for two rooms but only used one. I understand that with prepayment one can’t be refunded. But, in this case I feel something could have been resolved.

Very welcoming, very friendly staff, polite, quick check-in, parking (parking goes very quickly at the front-people had parked over the disabled bays without badges leaving no spaces for disabled badge holders-but security were very good at letting this people the use the coach drop off to park in which is right outside the front doors- but there is an extra car park around the rear(it is a one way system- so you do have to drive round the whole hotel to get back out(it is a big hotel! Has on site gym- which likes really good- didn’t get a chance to use it so can’t comment) very children friendly- lots of children and families as well as professionals- caters to all perfectly. Local to many attractions- we started here to be close by to get to Legoland, plenty of choices for food hotel (although we didn’t eat at the hotel simply because we were out exploring and ate out) and out locally (Slough High st- approx 10 mins drive with tons of shops). We did also get free curtesy parking on this occasion (not sure whether it’s something the hotel is offering currently or whether they randomly pick to offer this- as card details were taken initially when booking in for this) There was complimentary water and glasses in each room, towels, clean beds, clean bathroom, plenty of charging ports (loved the one built into the lamp!), decor is similar to what is shown in picture on website (we had the deluxe double, double beds- they aren’t huge but not tiny either- was just fine for our needs- there is a desk and chair, 2 comfy sofa seats and table, tv,ironing board and iron, safe, fridge, kettle with the usual condiments, bath is on the smaller side (fyi- one of our 2 rooms had an overhead shower over the bath while the other didn’t and one of our 2 rooms had little lamp lights on the headboard while the other didn’t- of these little things matter or are important to anyone)

No major issue- just minor gripe for us personally- there wasn’t enough toilet paper- as we were a group with 2 rooms

The best experience we had during our stay was at the reception. We were traveling with a few kids, and there was an issue with our room that initially caused us some concern. However, the receptionist, Milfa, went above and beyond to address our needs promptly and efficiently, sorting everything out in no time. Her professionalism and quick response were a huge relief and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thanks to her efforts, the rest of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Milfa for her outstanding service, which truly set the tone for a fantastic stay.

All the staff. Especially: Jonathan, Krish, Rupinder, Abdul and all other ladies at the front desk (sorry, i did not take their names). All of them are very helpful and provide service with a smile! Breakfast restaurant: omelette lady from Jammu is fantastic, i think she makes omelette and fried eggs for at least 300 people daily. I must say, she does with a smile, always helpful! Restaurant staff from Goa are all good and extremely helpful!

There is one restaurant manager (i do not know his name - i think he is from Nepal). Worst service, he tends to count how many teas have we had, how many eggs we had. This is ridiculous. I am surprised, how a restaurant manager is allowed have breakfast from guests buffet, while guests were eating. Normally, all staff have same food, however in the staff dining room. I own three hotels in the U.K., i would take strict action against any staff who is unwelcoming and be-little guests. Any one who can afford to stay at Marriot, must be okay financially. If other staff would not have been good, i would not have come back or recommended! Barring one man, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT!

Great location, around the corner from the airport and legoland, we stayed here for the latter as attended with wife and 2 young children. Very big hotel and ample amount of parking, children loved running down the corridors Breakfast very nice with a big selection, seating area very spacious, great staff in the hotel Nice touch with the free water machine aswell as the juice for guests Nice selection of drinks at the brew lounge bar area including Guinness

£9 a day parking is quite steep and should be included in hotel stay As good as the breakfast was, unfortunately have to ask the staff for weetabix from the back which takes time out of both the customer and staff. Would be more efficient if weetabix is just left alongside the other breakfast such as porridge etc No YouTube on the smart tv or apps such as Netflix, 2024 and you’d expect this to be a necessity especially YouTube for young children as the channel selection is very limited Stayed for 2 nights and was out all day on Saturday but room wasn’t cleaned/towels not replaced as used to when staying at other hotels

The location is near Heathrow airport which is convenient in some cases. The breakfasts were good. Room was very nice with the excelent bed.

Too far from the centre of the city. The prices in the restaurant are high. Beer even higher than in the airport. Fridge was not working, but I didn't need it. The cimate control was very strange: heat started only at 27 degree reference and I had to open the window to balance the temperature in the room.

Reception staff extremely helpful - food in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was amazing room was clean and comfortable + beds were a bit hard and it would be nice to have a blanket to use for a nap during the day after a long haul flight - great parking facilities and cheap cars available to order to get to the airport - next time I will ask if we can book a taxi for our return too from Heathrow- I liked the little self serve shop although it was quite expensive and the microwave to use could be helpful to some people- maybe add milk to the shop fridges - although the bar gave us some as I hate uht milk !

Long walk to our room on the return journey - and how far the long stay car park is - I had my husband with me so he brought the car round for me otherwise it would have been too much for me

The property was easy to find with ample parking. The reception staff were lovely and really helpful in explaining everything upon check in. Express check out was also really useful so I could just be on my way. Paying for parking at the reception was also really straightforward too.

Check out isn’t till 12pm but I got a knock on my door from housekeeping at 8am to refresh the room which wasn’t necessary. I was a little annoyed because it interrupted my sleep and the housekeeper didn’t apologise. Some elements of the room felt a bit dated; the chest of drawers the tv was on for example. And the chair by the desk was a bit too low to be able to use the mirror effectively. Would be solved by moving the mirror down 2-3 cm.

Fruits for breakfast especially the pineapple and it's juice, is a very healthy one, sequel to the pastries. Wonderful experiences with the kind and loving workers with wonderful understanding. They work like a family. I encourage the restaurant to include African foods in the menu,, and fresh fruit juices instead,, for health sake. They should also make good use of spices like raw ginger, garlic, rosemary, tumeric, mint leaves and cloves , as well as peppers,, that way,, the food will be able to digest faster and absorbed faster by the body and that will help metabolic processes for the people's health easier and better. 👇 The room attendants are highly commendable and professional with respect in their work. They keep the property so clean and provides all the necessary daily toiletries.,, very fast in their cleaning work. 👇 Awesome WIFI 24/7 ,, it's commendable too👍 The room is cool but I suggest if possible that the hotel can provide heather during cold times, it will really be healthy and helpful 🙏. 👇 The drinking water should not be sweetened,, but should be boiled with cloves,, allow to cool and then bottled to create a healthy alkaline natural water. That way,, it will be very healthy 🙏. 👇 Brown bread is good but not healthy for all blood types,, it can be removed from the breakfast table for the sake of health,, many people reacts to gluten from wheat and can become diabetic with that.. Delta hotels by Marriott is more like another home.

Too much pastries for breakfast. 😀 They should try and Include African diets like jollof rice,, rice and pepper sauce, rice and beef sauce,, as a special breakfast buffet on weekends with fresh fruit juices. That will be really healthy 👌
