I stayed here the night before participating in the London Marathon. The staff were friendly and even went the extra mile to provide me with a goodie bag for the morning of the race. The location of the hotel was ideal. Mansion House underground on your door step and Cannon Street up the road made it a great place to stay before the marathon. If I am one of the lucky ones to get in to London Marathon 2025 I’ll be booking again.

Rooms are well done, staff is very attentive and considerate, and it nearly has all the amenities a traveler needs. The staff really works hard. The location is excellent for St.Paul’s, London Tower, Borough Market (highly recommend), and a handful of historic pubs. Excellent property in the heart of the City. Craft cocktails and room service are good. Air conditioning also worked well.
Property is great. It can be harder to get a taxi compared to some of the other luxury hotels like the Langham/Rosewood/Savoy in Covent Garden/Camden/Highborne. However, the Westin across the street, I had a similar issue. Easy to get an Uber and the Tube is a couple blocks away. It definitely is a nice boutique hotel but it’s going to be a different experience than the larger 5*s.

Bespoke small hotel, perfectly located for pedestrian access to this fabulous city. A stone’s throw to various tube stations and other forms of transport. Right in the heart of London preserving traditional architecture and service with a contemporary twist. Roof top restaurant with skyline views of surrounds - spectacular. And the food was excellent. Lovely quiet spaces and a gym to boot. Staff were exceptional and most welcoming. We only stayed two nights but would certainly return.
The actual room may be a little small for a longer stay but its excellent design and a large en-suite assuaged the lack of space.

Beautiful room and very clean. Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Easy to get to and close to the tube. Very quiet considering it's location.
View was of an office opposite so did feel the need to keep the curtains closed.

The staff cannot do enough for you! Absolutely fantastic service. Very comfortable with plenty of amenities and a great location too. I’ve stayed many times and will always be back.
The room I stayed in was right next to the church and the bells were ringing every 15-20 minutes for ages first thing on a Sunday morning. Guests should be made aware of this when booking this room type or at least ear plugs should be made available, not that they would have helped because it really was so loud. I’ve stayed a few times and never experienced this on a Sunday before.

We received a warm welcome from all staff, the room was great, great location for staying before the marathon - and the staff even left me a little marathon wellness pack!
Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked it didn’t feel like a hotel chain-homelessness Room service is 15 mins from order!! Excellent Reception team excellent. Porter was very impressive, showed me how equipment worked and very helpful the whole time.
The ventilation system in actual room 316 didn’t work where bed was so I was warmer than I would’ve wanted. The system was on highest at 3 and at 17 degrees, but room was more like 30. I’m sure it just needs a tweak, I didn’t mention because I didn’t wish for them to deal with whilst I was there. The restaurant was closed as there was a function on, but I would liked to have dined in there to see the roof top.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we also had a fantastic lunch on their rooftop terrace that is just stunning!!
We booked one of the cheaper rooms that looked into a small court where they stock things and bins etc. Every morning around 8 o'clock there were people chatting in that court and of course there's nothing wrong with this, but as it is the case with court yards, normal voices create an echo and therefore become quite loud and the windows to that court weren't sound proof at all (however the doors into the hallway were the best sound proof doors I've ever had in any hotel!). So this is really just a tiny little negative remark. We had a wonderful time otherwise!

A Very pleasant welcoming hotel. The room was well presented and furnished and had a touch of luxury. Breakfast was very good :-)
It was unfortunate that on the day that i stayed at the hotel both bars were unavailable due do to private functions. Its a difficult one for the hotel as it was mid week and leading up to Christmas to talk these bookings is important to the overall viability but as a staying visitor it was a little disappointing that we could get a drink in either bars.
