The staff was exceptionally nice and so helpful. They really made us feel welcome and appreciated. The location of the Hotel is incredible. There is a small grocery store right next to it, the train station and several different bus stopps are in walking distance (we usually took the bus out of convenience.)The room was clean and we had fresh towels every single day and new water bottles.
The breakfast was included, which was a nice addition but we had hoped for healthier options like porridge or fresh fruit.

Fantastic location for event we were attending and a quirky independent hotel rather than boring chain hotels with no character. Within 5 mins walk of the both Peckham Rye or Peckham Queens railway stations. Manager was exceptional and on it regarding anything mentioned. Would definitely use this hotel again. Great hidden area of London.
It's probably not disability access friendly not that we needed that but just feedback for others. T rolls, Coffee, teabags not replenished after last guests, but on mentioning, staff were responsive and super friendly in attending to this.

The Victorian Inn was a wonderful place to stay, we arrived 8am in the morning too early to book in, the staff took our bags and gave us a free coffee. The room did its job, we had our own bathroom, it was cleaned and tided for us, with free bottles of water every day. The food was lovely, breakfast and evening meals was very nice. The staff, Dee, Tom and all the rest are all so nice, friendly and helpful, there was nothing to hard for them. It was a 7 minute walk away from the train station and shops. I would recommend this pub to anyone, and i would stay here again in a heartbeat.
There was nothing at all.

It was exactly what I expected. Perfect value for money for London. Cozy little inn with a pub that can get somewhat busy in the evenings. The place is always alive. The room was great, clean, although small (I chose the smallest type) but comfortable. Peckham is pretty and have great food options around if you wish to dine out. For instance, Made of Dough and the Dim Sum place nearby are amazing. Not too far from Peckham Rye overground station, and you get interconnected at Whitechapel to anywhere you like through Elizabeth Line anyway. It felt good to grab some drinks at the Pub before heading into my room for rest.
Small maintenance is required here and there. AC is a little too loud, some walls and ceilings require a fresh paint, shower fixtures are somewhat broken, safety box was closed when I checked in and couldn't get it opened, etc. Reception isn't always manned, either. There was a different person attending breakfast every morning for 3 days (all very nice) but when inquired about the safety box in the room, didn't receive a solution in the end, so had to lock my valuables behind my luggage zipper lock.

The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you especially the lady that was from early morning until sometimes past her leaving time. Food was excellent, the only thing that let out stay down was the accommodation, i suppose for what we paid for london was ok but there were wholes in the carpet, we had a fire exit outside one of our windows which was used there was dust collected in the bathroom in the corners but shower was clean and bedding was clean and comfortable, looked like it had partly been done up but not finished

Meals were excellent, especially breakfast, they took into account food intolerances and everything was cooked to perfection. Good selection of breakfast choices. Staff were very attentive and polite. Pub area was nicely arranged and was very inviting and comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable, tea (with teapot) and coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable bed and ample pillows. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom and lovely soft fluffy towels and easy to use shower. Close to town centre and train station. Will definitely be staying again!

The Victoria Inn was in a great location. Our room was clean and modern and had a lovely view of the surrounding bustling street.(Not noisy though) The staff were very friendly and helpful and food was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Nothing. The only suggestion we would make would be to take dogs in at least a couple of rooms as the pub itself is very dog friendly. (Also more tea bags in room -one cup of tea each not enough for us in the morning🤣 and would prefer a small fridge to keep fresh milk).

From start to finish the team went above and beyond to make us welcome and help with our needs, their fantastic warm personalities is what makes this place. The Inn is in a cut little side street and we really felt we were living the London life. The pub is beautiful,so warm and cosy and their menu is fabulous. The breakfast was outstanding, more like a 5 star Hotel, thankyou Chef and Thankyou so much for making our experience such a lovely memory, forgive me ive misplaced your card with all your names but all the bar ladies,Assistant Manager and Manager! Newly renovated room, had everything we need! Comfy beds and everythingvery clean! Location was perfect, 5min to the station and then 15min by train to the city center. Staff was really friendly, we had a warm welcome :-) Food in the pub was great! Nice neighborhood with a great café. Would definitely recommend staying there during a trip to London!
The house is labyrinthine: Very narrow staircases and in our bathroom, the door was always in the way when you went to the toilet. But you get used to it... The room sometimes had a weird smell when you came in. Maybe because of the hotel being old? But you didn't notice it anymore when you were in. Same goes for the sound, you hear the other people using the stairs or walking around on the floor above you. And you hear the music from the pubs outside. So take earplugs and you're good to go!

Good location, handy for Peckham Rye Station and all the buses. Comfortable bed, good food, friendly staff. The stairs could be awkward for some, no lift, as it is a Victorian pub. Few small issues, main one the noise from the road. Last time we stayed in a room on a higher floor at the back, which was cheaper and less noisy. Tap had to be turned fully on, otherwise it missed the wash basin. One curtain hanging partly off. Go for the standard double, not overlooking the main road!
