We had the kings suite and it was beautiful and huge.

There were just some little niggles that let the room down. The heating/Aircon unit not working was a big problem, at times the room was very cold. The room was stunning but there is some rough tiling in the bathroom. The intercom doesn't work and caused a minor inconvenience. We got this room at a great price but had we have paid full price I would have expected these little things to be right.

Nice design hotel, not far from Earl's Court underground station. Room 6 was lovely. Good breakfast (bread, eggs, cheese, salami, cereals, fruits, croissants etc.). We had early checkout (before breakfast time) and staff provided some snacks, fruits (thank you!). Area is rather quiet. In our case it was very good price/value combination. Some shops and eating places couple of blocks away near Earl's Court underground entrance (MC Donalds, KFC, Paul and other cafes). Air heating/conditioning available.

As with many old buildings (those are from 19th century), you can hear some creaky floor noises, minor disturbance if neighbors don't wake up too early... Quite narrow bathroom, but manageable.

Lovely property friendly staff . Would stay again and would recommend. Dressing gowns a lovely touch . As we had to get off early the staff did us a breakfast bag to take away which was so kind.

We couldn’t shut the balcony doors once we’d opened them . Bubble bath to go with that lovely tub would be great - there was only shower gel fixed in the shower . These are all minor however and would not put me off staying again . Breakfast from 6:30am for us early risers would be nice but the staff did us a lovely takeaway bag

Given the price, there is not much not to like. It is certainly not a 4-star hotel, and the price reflects that. Given that it's in Central London, the room size is on the small side, but it is perfectly acceptable for the price. I do hope that they tone down the fragrance in the lobby, it's a bit much.

Excellent location in lovely terraced square just a few minutes walk from Earls Court Tube Station restaurants and shops. Very helpful reception and services staff. I booked the small double for single person use. Nicely furnished and cozy room. Good continental breakfast. Convenient for South Kensington with the V&A and Natural History museum 2 stops away on the Piccadily Line which also runs to Leicester Square and to King's Cross station. Also good for getting to Kew Gardens and Richmond . Lovely accesible garden opposite the hotel with picnic benches. All in all excellent value for trip away over the Easter break.

Breakfast was a continental but everything you would neeed , the location was great right next to earls court, the room was lovely and beautiful old wood carved furnniture, everything was clean and everything we needed in the room, staff were lovely and the location looked onto a lovely park, windows opened and nice quite area, very happy with our stay and parking can be pre booked also, i booked a surprise for my partner with flowers and rose petals,and chocs and the made the room look really sweet for our arrival

only thing is the room size is filled with big furniture, hubby bumped his leg on the bed several times

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in, two hours before the standard time, at no extra cost. For our room type, there were two available options, and we got to choose the one we preferred. The room we selected had a spacious and comfortable bathroom. Both the room and the hotel were very clean, with a fresh scent. The blonde receptionist was kind, polite, and professional. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

The only downside was the £100 hold for potential damages. While understandable, it meant we had that amount temporarily unavailable during our stay.

The staff here are outstanding! They met all our needs and were so kind at every encounter. The location is amazing as it’s only a couple of blocks from the tube station yet it’s on a quiet street. Also, this place is super clean, which is always appreciated. When the woman at breakfast noticed that I kept getting tea, she immediately offered me a larger mug every morning and that was great!

The mattress was really hard. My daughter and I couldn’t sleep on our sides because the mattress dug into our hips. Also, the breakfast was too light for our tastes. The boiled eggs were over done and rubbery, and I usually love eggs. We ended up eating just toast. Other than that, things were great!
