The location was perfect ..very near to paddington station so we arrived from( and left to) Heathrow very easily and quickly. It is like 3 min walking from the station, that is easy even with large suitcases. The stuff was very polite, everyone with a smile always. We stayed at the twin room which was very comfortable and very very clean . The bed was very nice and comfy!! They changed towels and sheets every day which is rare in hotels . The bathroom was spacious and with all amenities as well as the room . I would stay again in Rove hotel in my next London trip!!

Everything was perfect. I would only recommend to add the option of breakfast . If that was possible it would be the perfect hotel!!

This place felt like a great value. My room for a single person was very small, but very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Layout of the hotel is quaint with few amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in an hour early which was extremely helpful. The location and value really made this hotel notable. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Paddington Station. From there you can be at London Heathrow in less than 20 minutes by express train. The area around the hotel felt safe. There is plenty of dining and shopping in the immediate area. It is possible to walk to touristy sites but most will want to use public transportation.

The location is excellent only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The staff were very helpful. The hotel has a luggage room which was very helpful on the morning we arrived well ahead of the check in time and also on the day we left. Our room had a double bed and a single bed with an en-suite bathroom and was a good size for the 3 of us. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept soundly on both nights of our stay.

The things we didn’t like are small but annoying. There was no plug socket for the kettle. The only plug socket was next to the bed so we had to move the kettle to there. There was a coffee machine with pods provided but we couldn’t manage to get it working and gave up. We all had showers on the day we arrived so all the bath towels were wet. The next morning we left the tag on the door requesting the room be cleaned and expected fresh towels. When we returned the room had indeed been cleaned and the beds made which was very nice but only 1 bath towel was left for the 3 of us. I went down to reception to request more towels but was told I would have to wait for housekeeping the next morning.

The location was excellent. Right next to Paddington underground. Also close to some corner shops and restaurants. So you don’t need to venture far if you need some essentials or a quick dinner. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. You can hear the underground a little but it wasn’t enough to disturb me or my sleep so I didn’t mind. The room was very clean. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that you could leave your luggage in the luggage hold after checkout. I would say this hotel is for someone who is planning to be on the go. Overall very happy.

I wish the shower head had a bit more pressure and that the lighting in the bathroom was brighter/stronger. The television, compared to other hotels is a bit outdated in the sense that you can’t connect your phone to stream your own programmes. But you can still watch normal television. So honestly, taking into account the low price, I think this hotel is totally worth it.

For the price (which was amazing!!!), the location is superb. It's close to the station, Microsoft offices and also Hyde Park, which was great for me because I loved going for a run in the mornings. Literally right in the centre of everything which was perfect as we were a two minute walk from an event in Market Halls! Staff were super helpful and you had everything you needed for your stay. The sink was outside of the bathroom but I actually thought this was quite useful for getting ready in the morning whilst my partner showered.

Rooms were a little small, which I understand with it being London and right in the middle of the centre of Paddington. However it would have been great to have a human sized ironing board because the ironing board was tiny! We also got the Standard King Sized room and the room in the photos was different to the one we got (desk/space was a lot smaller), but it was sufficient for what we needed, glad we decided to go for the king room!

The location was excellent, the Paddington station and the bus stops were super close. The room was clean and quite large, there were three of us staying, the large bathroom and bathtub were definitely a bonus! I could come again!

Customer service mediocre. Cleaning of the room could also have been improved, sometimes rubbish was left on the floor and towels were left untaken. These were not big things, but cause everything else were super, wanted to highlight these! Also no heater, so take note if you are travelling in winter! (there was air conditioning, but we didn't test it because it was so cold.)

The hotel is located to Paddington Station and all the tourist attractions, making it well situated. It's also a tranquil place. With a coffee maker, tea and coffee packets, sugar, and cookies, the room was immaculate. It has hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body shower liquid, iron with board, and a small refrigerator.

A very small room for 2 people. I have chosen this double room because of the reasonable price as London is very expensive, more in December due to the Christmas holidays. However the room is tiny for 2 people, no space for placing the suitcase or our shoes, we had them in the bathroom. Also there was no wardrobe , only found 2 hangers on the wall.

Great hotel as long as you’re not on the ground floor! We initially were placed on the ground floor, but after a sleepless night of listening to the underground every 2 minutes and noise from the street, I requested we be moved to a higher floor. Thankfully management were able to do so and the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. The room was lovely, the bathroom was spacious, and you can’t beat the location for convenience. Would stay there again.

Being on the ground floor means you can hear the underground almost constantly and the room practically shakes. You can also hear the street noise quite easily. Our tv & A/C was also not working. After we moved rooms we had no problems.

I must admit I had some concerns about our upcoming stay at this hotel after reading a number of negative reviews however I didn't need to have concerned myself. Yes the room was 'compact', however it was exceptionally clean with everything one could need for a couple of nights in London, including ample clothes hanging area, quality clothes hangers, safe, iron AND ironing board, coffee maker, kettle, coffee, tea, milk AND biscuits, mini fridge, hairdryer & TV (not that we even turned that on). Space at the end of the bed to store your suitcase. We were greeted by a friendly reception team member who was extremely helpful with directions & signposting for our travel to a booked event on our first evening, also positive interaction with a different member of the reception team on our return in the evening who was more than happy to provide extra teabags & milk. Yes, there was a little train noise, I had planned in advance & taken earplugs but I didn't even bother opening the packaging. The hotel itself is in a square & for anyone who has seen the musical version of the film Oliver, it reminded me of the morning scene ' Who will buy this beautiful morning'. The location is great & it was great to explore a different part of London. On your way to the rail station, there is a small bakery unit, grab your morning pastries from there, lush.

The size of the room. means we would only return for a maximum 3 night stay.
