Great location on a great street with supermarkets a few restsurants. Busses easily accessed..just.enough out of town to have peace and easily get to center of london. Room was easy to checkin right.across the street. Nice cleaning staff. Hotcshower and heater works great but you need to know how to turn on

Room very small no place to put your clothes. No table and chair to use to eat on. The push buttons on stove difficult to operate. But clean good bed shower and location.

It was a really good stay! The reception is in another building, but it's just across the road so it's very close. Bus stop is in front of the building with really good connections. Nice neighbourhood, with Waitrose and a lot of restaurants and pubs around. The room was really clean, the cleanest I've seen in London so far. Room service available every day. A little kitchenette is perfect for breakfast or eating prepared lunch. It has AC, also the heating works very well. Good wifi. Comfy beds. Really good value for your money!

It would be great if they added some hooks where you could hang your clothes. A small folding table would come in handy. Something that was not a problem for us, but just FYI: the house does not have an elevator.

Easy to find and access; very clean, modern and tidy; good lighting, storage, kitchenette, ensuite (great shower!), toiletries, tv, aircon, black-out blinds. Comfy twin beds and very clean, new bedding and fluffy towels. Twin room is on the top 3rd floor so flights of stairs to consider but spacious corridors makes it easier than others I've previously stayed at. Would definitely stay again. Stayed 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) and the chatting from the busy bars below on Friday night were no bother to me and my friends that came to visit. Slept really well and would definitely stay again. Lovely family friendly, safe and popular area, great bakeries, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and very easy to get to the city by public transport (bus, train, underground and even a Thameslink station too!) All within very close walking distance. When travelling by bus, look for your bus stop by its letter not the bus route number as you can easily end up going in the wrong direction for London (opposite side of the road from the appartment) but that's obviously no fault of the property!

small but perfectly formed rooms, great location, warm, rooms were is good shape, quiet even though close to a pub. I felt really comfy there!

upgrade the stairwell carpet and walls, a bit scuffed. and the reception areas, the latter was cluttered and smelled of mould. I felt sorry for the staff working in that environment. Great though that they were around 24hrs which helped when I checked out at 5am. When I arrived the floor had some old hairs on it, a better tidy was needed. And - although it's great to get new towels every day, it's not good for the environment. I am personally happy to use the same towel several days.

It was very small but the perfect size for just one person. It was clean and comfortable. It also had an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, microwave, a coffee machine, a small fridge and slippers amongst many others which were all very handy! I also liked the complimentary biscuits!

The sheets had a minor stain which looked like makeup and throughout my stay noticed that the sheets were never changed (housekeeping done daily and did a great job, however, sheets were never replaced it seems). Also everyday at 4pm onwards it would be a bit noisy as just below the hotel there are a few bars and the windows are not exactly noise cancelling.

The accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped with everything you could want. Fantastic powerful shower, a huge waterfall shower as well as the usual mounted head. Simple cooking facilities which are enough to cook a meal if required. Comfy beds and pillows. Loved the area, with plenty of places to eat and drink to suit a variety of tastes. Small supermarkets close by. Everything you could possibly need on your doorstep. Check-in over the road which was friendly and easy. Short 5 minute walk to the tube or train station. We will definitely stay here again when visiting London.

3 flights of stairs to our room made me realise how unfit I had become 🤣

Facilities were well presented, mini kitchen area in the cupboards with hob, fridge, kettle & coffee facilities really well stocked. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with supplies. Easy access to Wembley Stadium via the Jubilee line, perfect location to use when seeing a concert/gig at the stadium.

It wasn't the easiest to find the door to the apartment next to the Sainsburys at #198, there wasn't any noticeable signage in the NOX branding to mark location like there was above the door next to the Black Lion. (Receptionist did explain where to go though) The towels were clean although did have a slight stale smell (I wonder if they were folded while still a little damp from last clean?)

My brothers and I stayed here for a week and overall it was a great stay. The location is excellent—bus station in front, tube station 9 minutes away—and the room itself was cosy. Perhaps a bit tight for 3 people, but we made it work (with carry-on’s; big luggage’s would’ve been too much). Housekeeping was excellent though and very friendly! Just keep in mind that where you check-in is separate than the actual hotel. This was not a problem though as they’re very close to each other.

For three people with carry-on luggage, it was a snug fit. Any bigger luggage (at least in the room we had) might be an issue; but there’s also no lift that we saw so just be cautious of bigger bags anyway. We also really disliked the most random thing—the bathroom sink. It just wasn’t functional in the way that it’s built so water would spill on the floor every time we used it. The bathroom was decently sized however so everything evened out.

When we arrived at reception abt 6pm - Although reception was available from 8am -11pm the office was locked with no one in attendance. This was worrying after a long day of travel - there was another guest also there just after us. We were both trying to contact numbers provided. Abt 12mins later a lady turned up and arranged our check in… a stressful period of time. Since then everything has been great and we have been able to extend our stay in the aame room (with fresh sheets) for another 3 Days. Really appreciated this.

The time it took to check in when no one was there when we arrived. This caused stress as we do not travel often - and when plans don’t work as we expect it’s not good

Clean, comfortable bed, loved the kitchenette with door to close it off so no fridge noise, heating in room, the location & price £56…I would stay here more often if the price is kept, even with the dislikes (noise might differ on another night/room)

The water in the shower on its hottest was hot but not as hot as I’d expect at maximum..I was wanting it warmer, cups/cutlery in kitchenette needed to be washed off, noise on/off throughout the night sounded like a drill or washing machine spinning loud then less loud etc I think it must of been within the building it kept me up at the beginning of sleep then woke up by it alittle earlier than I wanted to get up 6am, the stairs up & down even from floor 3 with luggage was abit much for me
