The staff is super friendly. Molly and Sophie are super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there! It's in an amazing location! We walked through Hyde Park to Buckingham Castle, Big Ban, and the London Eye. It was really awesome! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was warm in all senses.

the kitchen could have some more light and the bathroom is kind of small, but that's minor!

The location was great, just down the road for buses and Paddington Station. The room was super large, and while it had a small kitchenette, it didn't have a washing machine but there is a laundromat directly across the road so that was super convenient. The bed was REALLY comfortable and the shower was amazing, though I did find the shower floor a bit slippery but the actual shower was really awesome.

Unfortunately I couldn't always connect to the WIFI, it wasn't a massive issue as I have a really good data plan but some people might find it frustrating. The sofa wasn't too comfortable as it is a futon I believe but the TV was on a swivel so I watched it from the bed most of the time. Oh and also there wasn't anything to wash dishes with - like a dish cloth or similar. But they are small things that didn't really impact on my overall stay

Great location. Convenient to public transportation options. Safe area though there is a pub downstairs so can be a bit noisy at night. I brought my ear plugs so the street noise didn't bother me much. Staff was friendly and helpful. I Whatsappes them what I needed and they would get it done before we came back from activities outside. There is a Tesco nearby and many restaurants and coffee places in the areas. It will be our top choice to stay if we ever visit London again with family.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The cabinet in the bathroom is rotten. May need a replacement soon.

Very convenient location close to Paddington station and in quiet area, comfortable mattress, nice shower, very helpful and friendly staff

One of the main lights in the apartment didn’t work properly due to fault in electrics. Staff did their best but it was an engineer’s job. Apartment could do with more (reading) lights. Cupboard above sink is inconveniently placed so you can’t stand up straight when washing up.

The location was great. The staff very knowledge and friendly. Little fridge and sink very useful. Huge double bed and TV in both rooms - pull out sofa bed very comfortable.

There was no coffee machine as advertised

Convenient location, opening windows, there was a separate sitting area, and while space was tight with furniture it was still great to have somewhere different to to the bed to sit and relax. There were some little gifts provided that were a lovely surprise. Very friendly and welcoming staff who helped with luggage as the lift was out of order.

The heating was up too high and couldn't cool the room down sufficiently to sleep. The doona was too warm, but sleeping without a sheet or covering was also uncomfortable. The windows open, but street noise came in and not sure how secure it was to sleep with the open window. However it was a comfortable bed.

I appreciated the location close tu bus and tube, vari nice neighbourhood, quiet ar night, we were on the 3rd floor, staff very kind and responsive. Having a little kitchen really helps when travelling with kids. We had a welcome treat with free water prosecco crisps and chocolates. Very warm and confortable. there are shops and 24hrs market and good cousines nearby. Beds were confortable.

Quite clean as aspected, the sofabed was good for kids not sure for 2 adults, but for us was fine. if you are travelling with a kids stroller, keep in mind that the close tubbe has no lift

The staff were so helpful and lovely - we had early and late flights so were able to leave our bags and go out sightseeing knowing our stuff was safe, staff even put our bag up into the room for us checking back in. Rooms were immaculate and they even had a little complimentary snack bar with water/ wine/ Pepsi chocolate and crisps! Very close to two main tube stations aswell and was good value for money especially in London centre, would definitely recommend/ stay again.

Nothing really that I didn’t like as I found the property to be very lovely!

This is my second time here, and I absolutely loved the convenient location. It’s easily accessible to the train station and within walking distance of the supermarket, bus stop, Hyde Park, Edgware Road, and Marble Arch. Halal food options are excellent, with Melur Restaurant and Satay House close by. A special mention to the front desk staff, whose warm and welcoming service truly stood out. Although there’s no dedicated parking (common for apartments), finding a spot was easy with the JustPark app, which I highly recommend.

While the area can feel quite dark at night, it didn’t affect my overall experience.

Sofa bed wasnt that comfortable - and not suitable for tall people. Had an issue with the booking - owner did not want to cancel my booking from their behalf so that i could rebook again. I was disappointed with their lack of flexibility from their behalf - not how hospitality service should work.
