It was clean and comfortable and very warm! Nice to have a fridge in the room. Room was a great size for us. Also highly recommend Ayva bistro just across the road for breakfast.! Check in/out was convenient and easy the video helped to find the lock boxes.

I would highly recommend this place. The amenities were excellent, way better than hotel. Fresh sheets and towels. Excellent selection of snacks. The area is very exciting and vibrant, very close to bus stops. A good range of shops. Also, a great location for Hackney, gigs, runs around Victoria park, London fields. Very close to Hackney Central station which is so convenient. My room was so well laid out, and very attractively decorated. Lovely comfortable bed and my room was spotlessly clean too and very well made up by the Housekeeper. The host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Really modern, clean and presentable rooms. Loved the kitchen/dining area that was accessible for all, VERY CLEAN. Our group took over and had a takeaway in the dining area and watched Saturday Night TV. Location and access was good. Street parking (on weekend) was easy, managed to park a short walk from property. the property felt secure. Clean fluffy towels, shower gel, water in rooms! small fridge, TV, really lovely place. Would definitely go back.

It was tad on warm side, not that we tried hard to locate thermostat, as only there one night just opened a window. and the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but for one night it was ok. But for three adults sharing a room as this bargain rate, it's not critisism just a note for travellers who might be thinking of spending more than one night on a sofa bed!

Location was ideal and local for work. The finishing throughout the property is of a high standard with great decor. The en-suite rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in room G2 Slight issue with the water pressure inside the en-suite shower. Possibly a new shower head or descale would correct this! The mattress was too soft for my liking, I could feel the upholstery underneath the sheets digging into my back. I would also recommend a technician come and look at the flat screen tv in the room. It was preset on some kind of foreign satellite connection which didn’t work for any streaming services such as Netflix, Prime video etc. there was no wifi connection though the tv? We tried in vain to fix this without success. I also noticed which was odd, 3 x single cigarettes in the upper section of the clothes rail for jackets! May I also suggest 2x extra hangers per room for couples to hang more clothes up.

Great location close to amenities and literally across the road from music venue Blondies. Very clean and comfortable. We had the deluxe room sleeping 3 people (double bed and sofa bed). The communal kitchen area spacious and had plenty of tea, coffee and cereal, milk etc. Outside seating too. Check in easy and efficient.

Can't really comment on staff as only had brief contact during check in/out. A friend had the single room which was very small with shared bathroom. Just room for the bed, so be mindful of this if booking. The single room very expensive for the size. The only thing missing from our room was somewhere to hang clothes.

What a lovely place to stay! It had a real home from home feel and we managed to park right outside too. Lovely big kitchen with plenty to choose from and an outdoor space for warmer days! We were attending a wedding at The Clapton Country Club, which is just a five minute walk from the accommodation so for us it worked perfectly. Our room was spotlessly clean, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome plus tea and coffee made for us after our long 7hr drive! We’d highly recommend and would stay again should we be in the area. Thank you to all the team!

A couple of noisy guests middle of the night / early morning but other than that we liked everything!

What a great find for London. Well located for the overground or bus to town, or stay in North London for all that it can offer. The room was large - plenty of space for unpacking and storing bits. Loads of sockets, which also have USB C outlets, Tassimo coffee machine (top tip - bring coffee pods, though hot chocolate pods are provided), mini fridge in room as well. The shared kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes glasses and cutlery. There's a washing machine. Plenty of ingredients in the cupboards and fresh fruit and cereal is provided. Heating came on morning and evening and temperature could be controlled in the room.

Everything’s clean and new. Having the use of a communal kitchen and garden puts this way above similar hotel accommodation, plus having all the basics there for free breakfast and snacks. And use of a washing machine, I didn’t need it but such a bonus for long-haul travellers and families with small children. My room was fabulous, with a big sash window (which opened to let the breeze in) overlooking the garden , an en-suite shower and a mini fridge with bottled water. It’s quiet at the back of the house. The nearby Palm 2 deli is outstanding , especially their hot food and fresh salads to take away.

The location was very convenient for me for work, and there are multiple buses almost outside the front door, but walking around after 9pm felt maybe a little edgy at times. The water pressure drops significantly in the mornings around 8am so if you can wait till later you’ll get a better shower experience. I gave up trying to use the TV , it was really complicated to navigate, or maybe just not working properly?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hackney Suite, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Although I arrived earlier than the check-in time, they warmly welcomed me, and the host’s wife even kindly offered me a coffee to help me relax after my journey. The hospitality here is unmatched – the hosts truly outdid themselves in ensuring I had everything I needed. The suite itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The location is perfect for exploring London, and I felt at home from the moment I stepped through the door. I loved everything about my stay, and I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to London. Highly recommended! Thank you Farouq!
