Very nice hotel. The location is excellent, and the views from the room were excellent. The lobby is clean and very nicely laid out. Was such a great place to relax when you didn't want to be in the room. The facilities in the room were very good for the amount we paid for the room. We had a seamless check-in and nothing was too much trouble for the team there. Loved the location to the city centre and the pubs and clubs would definitely recommend.

There wasn't much we didn't like, but if I was to mention a couple of points that my partner and I did notice, the lighting in the room is a little odd. It is probably meant to be ambient, which is fine for when relaxing, but a brighter option for when needed would have been useful. The only other thing we felt was a bit lacklustre was the breakfast which was rather underwhelming.

We checked out yesterday morning after spending 3 wonderful nights at Leonardo Hotel Leeds, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Femi, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra enjoyable — his kindness and attention to detail really stood out. We were kindly offered complimentary breakfast and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and just what you’d expect from a quality 4-star hotel — clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The breakfast was also a highlight — so many lovely options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Leonardo Hotel Leeds to anyone visiting the city and looking for a convenient, welcoming place to stay. Huge thanks to the entire team, especially Femi, for making us feel so at home. We’ll definitely be returning!

We look to stay at Leonardo hotels wherever we travel because we know the standard of the rooms, facilities etc are high. We arrived at this hotel 3 hours earlier than check -in time to see about storing our bags whilst we went to the city centre. The staff behind the reception desk, whose name I think is Miguel, gave us early check-in as our room was ready, which was fab. Spacious and very clean room with a very comfortable double bed. We also decided to stay in after coming back from shopping late afternoon and order food as we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We also got 2 drinks from the bar to take to our room which were really nice. All the staff are welcoming and helpful.

Nice big room with a double bed and single bed, had air conditioning and windows that could be opened, good size bathroom with bath and shower Great location very central.

The door of the room didn’t close well and made a loud noise when closed which would be heard down the whole corridor. The shower was fixed head no hose attachment which is inconvenient. Electrical sockets only one side of the bed so only able to charge one phone bedside. But all minor issues nothing to put you off staying. If you have the choice and budget the double rooms with 2 beds are a lot bigger than the double rooms with 1 bed so if space is important the 2 bed room gives you so much more. No on site parking , some on road parking but full most of the time & not an abundance of nearby car parks so if you are travelling by car I would suggest using one of the parking apps. and pre booking beforehand, that way you will get the best price parking as near to the hotel as you can.

The bed was super large and very comfortable, paying extra for an executive room gave us a top floor location too which was nice and quiet The breakfast was well laid out and a good selection of food

We had to wait a long time when we arrived at 11.30 because there was a large group splitting their payment 4 ways! We were just dropping off our bags at this point. When we returned later there was another group in front of us and the receptionist asked her colleague to help and he seemed to be reluctant to help and tried to charge us again, whereas we had already paid on arrival and just needed the room key. It just could have been a bit warmer and smoother! We were puzzled why the executive room with huge bed, clearly designed for 2 people only had 1 armchair!!

I love the location of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for customers and are always friendly and helpful and it is very clean. It was exceptionally quiet for the time of year. We didn't eat in the hotel this time but have always enjoyed it when we have. Great breakfasts

I travelled with my husband who has several health issues. Our first room was amazing but freezing cold as we couldn't get the heating on or any hot water so we changed rooms and from then on still couldn't get the heating to work properly (though it wasn't as cold as the first room). I had to turn the heating off to get heat in the room when I turned it on again.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was good.

We had lunch when we arrived but took a while ans no staff around. Had to ask at reception for a member of staff to serve us. We were also advised the bar would be open until 11.30 but was closed prior to that. Numerous people were turned away from being served. We tried to order a bottle ofwine to the room and were told that was not not possible. We had coffee the next morning at the bar and again no staff were on the bar so had to ask a member of staff at reception. For the size of the hotel you would expect someone to be serving through the day.

The hotel is in a really good location, making the city centre easily accessible. We also found that the area was relatively quiet too, making it so that you could sleep with the window open without excessive noise. The rooms had all basic necessities, and the beds were comfortable; there was plenty of space in the room and a large window, which had a great view and let in a good amount of natural light. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The lobby/bar area was inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The walls/door to your bedroom are pretty thin, when walking through the hall you could hear people's conversations from inside their rooms, and whilst asleep we were woken up by a group who returned back to their room in the early hours of the morning; it felt like they were inside your room it was that loud. Some of the bedrooms and bathrooms might need updating, it did feel a little dated. Considering the bathrooms are tiled, it would probably benefit from some sort of matt on the floor to avoid slipping - Especially when they'd like you to reuse your towels, so you don't have to use them to step on (of course, they will still replace your towels if you want them to).

The hotel was absolutely lovely, far better than others we’ve stayed at for a similar price. The room was spacious and clean, with some delightful complimentary treats. On our first night, we dined at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, i’ve had a selection of the tasting plates. We also sampled some cocktails, which were excellent. The staff were very friendly and a real asset to the hotel. Thank you! If we visit Leeds again, we will definitely stay here.

The car parking situation was abit of a nightmare and because the parking machines had broke we had to pay full price- not the hotels fault. would get train next time as driving in leeds trying to find it wasn’t easy.

The hotel was lovely. I got a free room upgrade which I found out on arrival - this was a lovely perk. The hotel entrance way is pretty and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. The staff were more than happy to help with any queries I had. The restaurant food was delicious and didn't take too long (even when they were really busy!). I travelled for a work conference and was there for three nights. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The only issue I had was with some noisy people in the room next to me. But this was not within the hotels control. This hotel was great and the staff were amazing.
