The accommodation was lovely and in a good quiet location for exploring the area by local transport. The facilities were good with plenty of crockery , pots , pans etc in the kitchen. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The bedroom was quite cool which was good in this hot weather. Comfortable bed. Nice garden. Free safe parking on the street. Nice big dining table and plenty of seating in the lounge part. Smart TV and good WiFi.

Although the bed was comfortable for us it was a bit low. It suited the bedroom though.

Very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished little flat. With a Comfortable bed and cozy seating. Plenty of spare linen, toilet rolls and cleaning products available. Parking is available and a lovely little outside space for dogs and morning coffee. Great communication from the owner Jaime who is very keen to make sure guests enjoy their stay. In a perfect location for exploring the area. I would thoroughly recommend and return should we stay in the area again.

Nothing. Everything was great. A couple of small unavoidable issue by the owner are by far out weighed by the many positive points.

Jaime’s service from start to finish was superb. Always available to communicate with when I had questions. The property is incredibly stylish and clean, in a very pleasant and quiet area. We even got greeted with a bottle of Prosecco! The train is a 5 minute walk up the road closely followed by breakfast and a supermarket which is very convenient. The train journey into brighton is 20 minutes and the trains run every 30 mins for £5 return. Access to the property was great and the neighbours were also very friendly. Overall this is easily the best experience I’ve had using Airbnb and I couldn’t recommend this property more. Thank you Jaime for your service

The host was great , everything you wanted was here for a good stay, home from home . A very lovely touch was the bottle of prosecco and the milk , not far from the sea or the train station .The beds were very comfortable and a great location for restaurants and takeaway. We would recommend laburnum by the sea for a great stay and will definitely be back .

Not long enough

It was in a brill location, a short walk away from the sea front. It's located in a quiet little cul-de-sac. The decorations for our anniversary was brill. Cosy and a home away from home. The garden area looked brill too, looks like it's a sun trap in the summer. Don't let the front of the apartment fool you. Inside is amazing and we have already said we would stay again. Communication between the host and ourselves was brilliant, wished us a safe journey there and back and made sure we arrived safely on arrival date.

Only thing I can say was there were some cobwebs around the lighting on the ceiling in the lounge and around by the second door into the property, but the overall cleanliness was brilliant 😀. I only really noticed them as I have a phobia of spiders and I have an Eagle eye for them and can notice cobwebs anywhere!

I really liked the Bathroom - it had a lovely bath. So much nicer that a 'wet room' in my opinion. I was having hectic days and i needed a relaxing evenings alone. This lovely flat was perfect. Also easy to get the TV to work - just one remote! Kitchen was great too everything i needed. The heat was very controllable and as i was there in a very wet and cold period i was kept comfortable when indoors.

The property was clean, organised and tidied. My fiancé and I also liked the ideas of gifting us a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival.

My fiancé advised, “The fry pan wasn’t as non-stick as we would have liked, that the shower screen has a leak and that the pillows are way too soft, the firmer pillows were a little small for sleeping with”. Otherwise, we like the property!

The whole experience of the Apartment very comfortable and modern, clean

WiFi wasn't working but owner got on to engineer right away. Must have been a problem in the area. No concern there though as tv was working with channels, owner even came to look herself which was good to see if she could fix.

Good location, plenty of parking, nice quiet, safe area and walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Very well equipped property. Very responsive hosts.

Sofa wasn’t comfortable and the front door lock was temperamental but otherwise everything was great!

Parking is unreserved but plenty of space to park in near by area. Rooms are small but appropriate for small family. No dishwasher ( use dishes sensibly)
