Ideal location for visiting family. Friendly staff comfortable bed with decent pillows good size room and ensuite. Clean, plug sockets in all the right places for phone charging and hair straighteners. Tea and coffee making in the room with fresh milk to keep in the mini fridge. The lighting in the room was excellent with good ceiling lights and bedside lamps. Often hotel rooms have very poor lighting so this was a bonus.Dinner in the restaurant area was good and plentiful with good friendly service. Overall good value for money and will certainly stay again. Plenty of parking and although on a main road it was very quiet. Good free WiFi

Nothing it was all good.

The whole experience was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and couldn't fault the attentive staff or food. The Sunday Lunch was one of the best we have had for a very long time.

Good choice of breakfast and well presented.

They need to check the little things, such as sugar dispenser, heating, plumbing in general, had two leaks. One fruit juice glass had lipstick on it.these are silly little things but they are important.

The food was very good and reasonably priced as were the drinks the location was perfect for me as the job was just down the road The town of Saunders foot was a short drive away as was Temby

Breakfast could have been a little earlier as it did not start until 8.30

Accommodation and food was good and staff are helpful. Ideally located for access to major roads.

Disappointed that no Draught beer on pump was available but staff explained that difficult to stock these at this very quiet time of year was accepted & a good choice of Lagers at least.

The hotel was bigger and better and although we had booked a small double room, it was much nicer and larger than we expected with a great sized bathroom. The food was good with good portions and the staff were friendly.

Not a lot to do we booked the hotel due to our visit to folly farm I would off liked to be able to visit a seaside resort with shops and amusements

It's the staff that made our stay enjoyable, pub is lovely & welcoming.

Sorry but the bed was very uncomfortable, hopefully beds in the other rooms are better. Very,very uncomfortable mattress I still have pain in hips 24 hours later

Everything. Location, room, bed, shower, decor, comfort - all good. Nothing to moan about. Staff were great. Breakfast lovely. Good beers as well.
