The Bed and Breakfast is in walking distance to downtown Inverness, the River Walk and Inverness Leisure. The beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked great (which was needed since we had no service as we are living in the EU). Peter is very nice and cooked a wonderful breakfast every morning. He had great tips and ideas of places to go and visit.

The heat wasn't working some of the time which made it pretty cold in the room. When you are not used to Scottish weather, this can be a little uncomfortable. However, the rooms had an extra space heater which worked really well.

Very nice B&B well located near the city center of Inverness. Parking was available. Peter the host takes extra care of all guests, he is very nice and vives some advices on the places to visit. Fantastic cooked breakfast prepared by Peter. The room was comfortable and well decorated. As it was our honeymoon, i asked Peter to surprise my husband with a note in the room. He décided to write it on a very nice card and offered us wine and chocolate eggs for Easter. That was really nice of him and we trully appreciated his scottish hospitality. Thanks again Peter !

Good communication with Peter about arranging an early check in by request. Warm welcome from Zahara. Lovely spacious and comfortable room with everything we needed. Good breakfast and overall lovely house to stay in with two friendly hosts. We walked into town for drinks and a meal then walked to Eden Court which is a short walk from Heathcote. Quiet area, minimal traffic on the road compared to staying in the city centre. A great stay thank you!

Nothing!

Met by Peter who was friendly and provided information on the facilities and entering and leaving the property. He took time to show us the room and the times for breakfast. He also provided information on where to walk to find places to eat. Breakfast was served by Peter who offered various options for a cooked breakfast.

1700 check in seems quite late. 1030 check out is very early. The shower cubicle doors didn’t close completely. The electric shower needs updated as it constantly went from hot to cold.

Our room was very nice and clean. Everything we need was provided in the room. Peter was very nice to let us in even though we showed up an hour earlier than our check-in time. Location was great - not in the middle of the center, but a short walking distance. Breakfast was very thoroughly prepared including the warm food. It was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The room was spotless and comfortable and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. The host was helpful and genuinely interested in our trip to Inverness. Everything we would expect from a good b&b

Check in is late and check out times early in comparison. Having said that we were allowed into our room early by th very friendly staff

The welcoming by Peter was lovely! He was very kind, enthusiastic, and when he asked for our next location, he literally took a big map and showed us the different options to drive there. And we liked the scrambled eggs :) The room was big and comfortable!

The walk to the city centre was maybe a bit long, but that's already clear when booking.

This is a lovely place to stay. The host cooks an amazing breakfast for you in the morning. Very kind host who is doing a great job for all the guests. It was 10 min walk from the beautiful Ness River & the central area of the city. I loved my stay at this place

Great and cozy B&B close to the city and the riverside with very friendly hosts. Asked if we could keep the luggage there after our check-out which was no problem. The busstation is also right in front of the building if you want to go further to Fort William.

The host, the breakfast and the rooms

The shower temperature was difficult to maintain. Either boiling or ice cold with the minutest adjustment of the dial. May be because there were others showering at the same time?…
