The location is perfect, very close to city and station. The staff was accommodating to let us keep our luggage before our time for check in and leave the luggage after our check out so we could leave our luggage and explore the city on our own time.

While it was nice of them to let us leave our luggage before check in time/ after check out time, it would have been nicer if only we knew there was someone looking after them so we had more peace of mind

Great location and easy to follow instructions for accessing the room! A very comfortable bed, too. We were ok to leave our car there after checking out.

Not very clean: the bathroom was quite dirty with hairs, dirty walls and shower cubicle. The mirror is positioned opposite the window and no light near it, then a TV in from of the mirror and a chair in front of it 🫣

The location was excellent - easy walk to the station and downtown. It was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the area.

We never saw anyone on staff. In fact we never saw anyone at all. We heard some other guests briefly. This wasn't terrible, it was just very sterile.

Very easy access to the building and the room was lovely very clean and tidy. Nice view from our window. Staff are very helpful send you the code before you arrive east check in and out and can come and go as you please.

Small room and bathroom for the price. Quite expensive for literally a small room, but Fort William is very expensive compared to the rest of Scotland.

Beds were very Comfortable with decent pillows! Everything was very well presented, and clean. We travelled up for a Rugby tournament and My Daughter was well rested before her game. Shame no breakfast available though.

It's a real nice stay here and enjoyed my stay here. If you don't mind the walk of 15 minutes to the supermarket and 20 minutes to town centre.

Was a bit expensive for the room stay.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

There was no heating so I woke up very cold and there was no drinking water supplied. The shower had no pressure and was hard to regulate and use. The light in the bathroom has a fan connected to it that is noisy and takes a very long time to switch off, there was no body wash supplied in the dispenser. You hear traffic noise in the front bedrooms, may be ok if you are in the back. There was no plug in the bathroom sink either for my husband for shaving.

What a wonderful sanctuary just across the street from the bus/train station, where I was stranded after a rental car breakdown, and delay in getting another car. There was a cafe and grocery store next to the station, and my room was very comfortable and cozy.

Location was perfect right in the centre close to all local amenities, car parking available, our room was clean bit there was still masking tape round light switches having abviously been recently redecorated, ensuite bathroom ideal. Our key was left at reception and we were able to come and go as we liked very pleased with it

Ensuite bathroom needs updating as do the carpets. TV was on top of wardrobe which was fine but made changing the channel quite tricky as you had to hold remote way up high at an angle,
