Good location breakfast buffet style limited selection but staff ready to help. Our kettle was broken but staff found a replacement very quickly.

Great breakfast and very happy that it was included in the price. Quiet location with lovely, natural surtoundings to walk in. Outside benches. Leisure/fitness centre next door. Good car park, only £5. Very convenient for the hospital. Lovely, bright, spacious restaurant and food was very good. Comfortable bed, pleasant room and bathroom with versatile door. Able to choose which floor to be on. Pleasant, helpful staff.

Not a criticism of hotel, but litter was left by inconsiderate customers who used outside table near our gf room, and strewn on the ground. Perhaps an outside bin needed if there isn't one already?

It's very handy for walking into Cambridge - especially the bespoke shops on Mill Road- set in a scenic area - breakfast was very good and unhurried-facilities in the room were clean and spacious -staff very good

The room although had a good view of the lakes it was above the air conditioning/heating pumps -so was noisy . The room thermostat was set at 21° so as we couldn't seem to adjust it -the room was warm and stuffy -when we opened the window to let in some fresh air obviously the pump noise was even louder - the pillows may need updating-my 2 were rock hard -so headache and sore neck

This stay is one of the best value for money trips I've made. Lovely staff checking us in, super clean lobby restaurant and room, lovely location. The discount on the parking makes it just a few pounds to park for a whole day. The breakfast tasted really good and was also included in the price which I found very generous. We sat in the restaurant the night before also and the vibe was very relaxed, friendly and comfortable. The room for other hotels the same price was also pretty large. No bad points to give whatsoever. It was a great experience and it gave me and my girlfriend a beautiful night whilst staying in Cambridge. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in the city.

we paid £50 plus £5 parking the room was very good size with a large shower and big smart TV The Breakfast we had help yourself to full english incl hash browns , toast / croissants, coffee machine with good choice. Room was very clean throughout and the staff, including Marvin who checked us in were welcoming and smiley. The bed was really comfortable and complemented by airconditioning. We chose this as a bed for the night not expecting too much having stayed in other holiday inn express but this we thought exceptional and a pleasant surprise. Evening meal was OK with good red and white wines

Bit cheeky paying for parking but you get a £10 discount per night and apparently this is run by a different company Beer choice a bit weak

Staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was clean and well maintained with all facilities required for an overnight stay. The car park was affordable and very large with plentiful parking available. The location for visiting Cambridge city centre was ideal. The breakfast was very tasty. We ordered pizza for tea and that was exceptional too. Our room was ready way before 3pm allowing us to check in early (11:30am) and the staff were able to help us with ordering a taxi which arrived within 20minutes to take us to the city centre.

It was rather cold in the hotel and we were unable to manually adjust our air conditioning in our room as the unit said it was being remotely controlled. The windows in the restaurant area were open too. Some of the seats in the restaurant area had lost their firmness/cushioning.

Bedside lights could not switch off unless switched off all other lights. Not good if want to read in bed then have to get out to turn lights off bu which time fully awake again. Milk sachets 4. Only a minute amount in them . Needed at least 2 per cup which meant only 2 drinks with milk. Bit mean. However room was warm very clean and comfortable. Value for money most definitely. Staff lovely.

More milk . Room for 2 people with only 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets bit mean. Better bedside lights which could turn off independently. Could here people both sides of me switching on and off so not just be confused about them

Friendly staff at reception and breakfast, convenient parking, rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is really nice and the food fresh. There is a good range of options. The beds are reasonably comfortable, but above all it was really quiet so we did get a good night sleep after a long drive. The hotel is situated on the verge of a footpath that leads into Cambridge (half an hour's walk). There's not much to do near the hotel so you have to walk or take the bus/car to find pubs and restaurants. This was not a problem for us as we were looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel to spend the night and visit Cambridge. This is it.

The rooms are on the smaller side and lack storing space (especially for a family with luggage).

Breakfast was good and seating area was not overcrowded.

Evening meal was a bit confusing. They put out a menu list on an easel board when we first arrived back from a day out, but when we came down for a meal to order they offered a very basic offering which didn't include items on the board. Also, staff were dealing with other clients at the bar, but were not being attentive to clients waiting to be seated. When they did eventually attend to us, we were not shown to a seat but told to pick any table and then come and order at the bar. The food itself was very good. Other then that confusion at the begining of dinner, the stay generally was very good.

Nice and close to addenbrookes hosputal, free parking, food at dinner and breakfast was great!

As a family of three people, 2 adults and a teenager, it was pretty annoying having a huge group of blokes all pile in to the restaurant and thry were so loud we couldn't have a conversation between the three of us. Would have been good if the staff had asked them to keep it down a bit. Thankfully they all left after about half an hour or so, but it spoiled dinner somewhat, when I had just spent a full day in the hospital having tests and being pulled about. Just was enjoying some peace and quiet as was exhausted, before they arrived.
