Spacious room with large bed. Nice and clean room and shower room. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of clean towels. The bedding was nice and clean.

The room has just a bed and 2 armchairs. There is a small coffee table. There is no furniture for clothes. And no table. Just big carpet. There were 2 bedside tables for the phones. The breakfast is very limited and I couldn't get cooked eggs. Just fried eggs only. The waiter had other eggs for some other child, but he had to convince the chef to do it. Chef doesn't want to do something different as he's stubborn. That's what I've been told.

Beautifully decorated , clean hotel. Parking onsite. Room was comfortable and we slept very well. Love the ice cream theme.

I don’t think the staff are very motivated. I get a feeling this is more a training issue rather than their problem. The one guy on reception was very helpful when I lost my phone. He also moved me because the aircon wasn’t working well. But the other receptionist was at best grumpy and I just felt it was an effort for her to say anything helpful. The rest of the staff seemed to lack confidence and people skills. Such a great hotel so a friendlier vibe would make it pretty close to exceptional. The breakfast was average. The hot food was dried up and not . Could’ve been better with some hash browns and mushrooms perhaps. But it was clean and the tea and coffee were good quality.

This was our 1st time at this hotel for me & my teenage son. Our stay was so lovely. Friendly staff, great cosy room with modern decor & most of all VERY clean throughout. Cleanliness is the 1st thing I look for when booking a hotel. The decor throughout the hotel is very quirky icecream theme from the carpets to the bed headboard. The reception area is very cosy & a lovely area to sit in. Also great breakfast with lots of choice. Great location with short walk to beach. Would highly recommend this hotel We will definitely be staying here again. 👌

No lift working..which we were not told about when booking!!? So had to carry heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs..not good,on the hottest day of the year!! Breakfast was average Curled up bits of cheese & ham Undercooked sausages & bacon Scrambled egg was a mixture of burntin places & raw in others..would not bother with breakfast again

Gorgeous hotel! Loved every minute 😊 travelled with my 5 year old daughter. Hotel decor is fab, lots of fun colours and designs for my daughter which she enjoyed! We had a family room with a sofabed which was really spacious. I ended up sleeping in the king size bed with her which was so comfortable. Room was warm and the decor was so nice. Loved the hotel pool, so nice and warm my daughter loved it! Location of the hotel is perfect, a short 8 min walk to restaurants and a 4 min drive to a beautiful beach. Parking on site for £10 a day which is reasonable. Paid for a room which included buffet breakfast. Had a full English which was really tasty and my daughter had beans on toast with some croissants and pain au chocolat. Really enjoyed! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely come again!

Nothing - it was all great!

The hotel was very modern and light as you walked in. Swimming pool was a bonus. We had a family room which was so big and also had a balcony which our daughter thought was fantastic! Great coffee and tea station in the room, also a hairdryer. Our bed was so comfortable and very big!

The family room was £162 with our 5 year old being 'free' although my mum paid £117 for a single occupancy double room and my aunt and uncle paid £125 for a double. Not sure how our price worked out as 'free' for our daughter. Our room was also directly above the main entrance doors, with these opening and closing through the night it sounded like somebody was dragging furniture downstairs. It wasn't overly loud but enough to 'tune' into. The swimming pool was fab but the water had a different smell. Maybe not cleaned often?! Not enough staff working on the reception or bar. We often had to walk to reception to ask to buy a drink from the bar.

The male Italian receptionist went above and beyond to assist when the lift was broken. He carried our heavy luggage upstairs with great enthusiasm. A real asset!

When checking out we had to wait a long time for a receptionist to come so that we could drop our card. Good there was a cleaner around that kindly looked for the receptionist for us. We were in a hurry in the morning due to an event we were going to. When the receptionist came she didn't even apologise for the wait even when I said we were in a hurry and suggested a bell should be put at the reception. Breakfast was a bit simple and in small quantities. Once it was gone it took ages to replenish.

Hotel and room was excellent, the only thing letting it down was the breakfast. There were only 4 hot item's to choose from, bacon ok, sausage poor quality, bean's and scrambled eggs had all dried up where they had been left out to long and not edible. Did ask for some fresh eggs this tested like the cheap liquid stuff. Not very nice. Would stay here again but only on room only rate

The bed was very comfortable and everything was ready for us when we arrived. There was a lift which made it easier with the buggy. The lobby looked cozy and the breakfast room was very comfortable. I liked that our room seemed to be in a quiet part of the building with no outside noise.

The sink stopper was stuck when we arrived and we saw a few ants around the tea kettle.

We had a chalet room, which was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen in the room, which we might use on a future visit. It was good to have access to a swimming pool, although the water was much hotter than we liked.

After booking we were informed that the hotel was not serving dinners in the restaurant, which was being refurbished for the summer season. So we went into town to find a restaurant. The breakfast choices were rather limited, and the coffee far too weak.
