Parking is great, super easy to check in with friendly staff. The room is clean and styled well, beds are comfy and I've never heard any loud noises. All facilities are great - especially the pool and Starbucks, really elevates the stay. The overall atmosphere and feel of the hotel is warm and welcoming.
Bar is far to expensive - I paid £19.50 for 7 prawns some noodles and a generic sauce from a packet, not really good enough. Ill go elsewhere for food when I stay again. TV in the room could have an option to connect to Netflix or mirror screen/cast, to make travel that little bit more homely. Not a deal breaker but most modern places have this as standard now. Shower gel/ shampoo for the love of god please provide individual body wash, shampoo and conditioner - I don't mind them being attached to the wall to prevent theft but what is good for skin is not good for hair. I work away every week and this small change really makes a huge difference.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 15 years and absolutely love all but one thing. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, the food, although slightly higher priced, is delicious, and the service from the teams there is fabulous. This is why I will continue to come back...
The only negative, is the same as i always say in my reviews... there are no sheltered smoking areas and for someone who enjoys sitting outside this is always going to cause me issues. The hotel have the perfect space at the front of the hotel to the left to add a small canopy over the current smoking area... add a couple of tables and a heating lamp and it would be perfect!

I found most of the staff very helpful especially those on reception. The hotel seemed very clean which is a refreshing change to some other establishments. As we only had an overnight stay we can only offer a snapshop judment. I maywell have to come back to this area again and will definitely look to book again.
As are stay was in the school holidays and it is a family hotel we found waiting for food ordered took too long. We waited 55minutes for an evening meal. It would be helpful to give guests some idea of how long they would have to wait.

Facilities were excellent, lovely room, and even though we had a bad experience in the restaurant we would stay again but eat out( there are good places nearby)
We had a really bad experience in the restaurant, we travelled with a 5 year old and booked a table for 7pm as we had a full packed day, even though we booked they told us after we ordered drinks that they weren't serving food, we had to stand our ground as didn't want to get in the car to search for somewhere, and we had to argue that we had booked. For such a nice place this was a real let down and upset us a bit as the customer service was appalling, we were then made to feel grateful that they served us food, even though 20 mins later people were ordering food again ( very weird, and seemed poorly managed) the next night we made sure we went somewhere else, but this was a shame as having a 5 year old we like a base to eat.

The room was perfect for my partner and my step son. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. Towels changed everyday. The bar/restaurant staff were especially great and always helped up get a table every evening. The pool facilities were amazing. We would definitely be back if we came back to Blackpool and would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Blackpool. BONUS! FREE parking.
The beds could've been made every morning when the towels were changed but not a huge deal. We could've done that ourselves. However with a crazy 2 year old wanting to see Paw Patrol that was proven difficult lol.

Certainly, here's the updated review with the correct hotel name I recently stayed at the Blackpool Village Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made a huge difference in our stay. The facilities were great too. Our room was spotless and really cozy, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The common areas were also well-maintained and inviting, showing just how much care the hotel puts into creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, our experience at the Blackpool Village Hotel was fantastic. If you're planning a trip to Blackpool, I highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back on our next visit!

Pool facilities were brilliant, two pools and a steam room and sauna and two jacuzzis , the chancing rooms were large and it was overall spotless and well maintained, the room was clean and had lots of extras like ESPA amenities, hand wash, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, fan and iron, I had a lovely view of the golf course - I couldn’t figure out how to get room Service via the app as when I went to download it there were three so I went to the bar and they sent the food up to me very good service and friendly staff and the car park at the weekend is free which is a bonus
Personally the beds were a bit to hard for my liking, the bar and room service was a but pricy but I mean on the whole in line with the times and there was a member of staff in the breakfast section who was a little over friendly but nothing that affected the overall enjoyment of my stay

Family Room with the bunk beds (kids loved these) Swimming, this was fantastic - maybe an outside play area would be useful for children if you want to stay on site... Breakfast, quite expensive, good variety and you could sit where you wanted. Options for a child portion would be useful.
Booked a family room (with bunk beds) However when we went to our room there were no bunk beds!. After returning to reception and explaining Id spoken to someone at the time of booking and it should have been on the notes they moved us, kids were very happy (bunk beds were a treat as they don't have them at home). Thank you. No chairs in the room Room very warm even with the window open and fan on. I had to go and find out where the swimming pool was/ if we needed towels/money for lockers etc ..This could be mentioned on arrival, simple yet helpful customer service. One staff member on reception trying to deal with a number of book ins, customer queries about parking (logging your car details when you book in )

Clean , plenty of quality facilities gym pool etc parking on site and staff where friendly and always has a smile and engaging
The only thing I did not like was the no view from our room 335 , the place is set in beautiful grounds but was not able to see anything due to a roof outside our window that sloped upwards so we could only see the sky Apart from this one disappointment our experience was 1st class We did the 10k autumn breaker run the next day in the nearby Stanley park so location was perfect for us

The hotel was perfect!! Location was ideal not too far from the town and only minutes from the zoo, there is a beautiful park just across the road, The hotel itself was lovely, self check-in was easy to use, room was ideal for myself and my grandson, bed was extremely comfortable, the room had kettle, iron and hairdryer all in working order, the pool was excellent for us to use and we enjoyed allocated time for kids. We had dinner in restaurant and had no complaints food was lovely, we also had breakfast and again no complaints my grandson is under 5 so he had free breakfast. All in this hotel is perfect and we'll definitely be back.
Nothing, no complaints whatsoever
