Nice very clean room. Comfy beds & clean bedding. It's not a posh hotel, but very good value for money. We wanted a family room so we could visit the pleasure beach & tower without driving home. We would definitely use it again.

When we arrived and the door was open, but no-one was there. I knocked on the staff only door & we were soon booked in. Maybe a bell or a buzzer to alert staff that guests have arrived. Only took a few minutes, but maybe a sign to let guests know about checking in.

Booked as a last minute stay, location was excellent for my needs, room was clean and very comfortable. Great that tea/coffee making facilities were also provided and room for parking car was arranged.

Room was very nice with an en-suite which just needs finishing touches i.e. woodwork painting etc. Mirror needed polishing as I thought my eyes had gone blurry. Would be better if parking bays were marked in front of property but realise this would require a dropped kerb and therefore may not be possible

The staff were lovely and friendly. They accommodated us checking in early and leaving our car. The location was excellent for the Marathon we had stayed to compete in.

No lounge area with TV to relax with other guests as our friends stayed too. We still used the space downstairs for a while but would have been nice to come back after tea and sit down together for a while

Location & the free parking that's the main reason for booking this hotel & Brendan who runs it couldn't off done anything more for our stay. He made us feel so welcome & really went out of his way to make us feel more like home. 10 out of 10 for that. & we will definitely be back more so now because it's pet friendly which I didn't know. So we will be back for sure & maybe with our dog next time 😊. Thanks again Brendan for everything you done for me & my son.

When we arrived we were shown to our room which was very clean, tiny and had two comfortable beds. Amid the host was very welcoming and even took us to the shop and back when we needed a last minute pram. He really did go above and beyond for us and we had the best night stay.

The room was great for 3 adults last minute, the staff was lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble 😀

Brendan, the manager, was brilliant. Allowed us to check in early and made sure everything was to our liking. Didn’t pay loads, so wasn’t expecting 5 star, but the room was clean, tidy & comfortable and the service we got for the money we paid was great. Finding a dog friendly hotel last minute was tricky, but glad we chose Mr Sandman’s

Lovely clean, modern family room. The staff were lovely people and weve had a fantastic stay. Great location for the Marathon.

Great welcome even have our Snoop Dog a Birthday 🥳 present, very kind of Brendan excellent host and great Location, any place that treat my dog as good as us in one place I will always stay, room good size for us.

The shower wasn’t ideal for us (next to our room) but there was another wash room which we didn’t use so there is an alternative to use

The owner is an absolute breath of fresh air , what a lovely kind welcoming woman. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean, we felt so safe there , just like being at home, was nice and easy to find and the parking is a mega bonus for us , we got a taxi to coral Island for the little one , was not expensive but we would of walked down if we didn't have the little legs with us as it was walking distance for us. We will be back :)

There really isn't anything that I could possibly say we didn't like!
