Food was really good

The fact that children where allowed to run riot all up and down the corridor till early hours of the morning while parents where drinking in the corridors there should be a rule to say children should be supervised at all time because of this I don't think we will staying with you again

The hotel is in a prime position overlooking the sea. the weather was glorious and the hotel staff were very welcoming. The first room disappointed us slightly, however the team on reception were both kind and understanding and immediately changed the room. The hotel gym was incredible as was the breakfast and evening meal. All the restaurant and waiting staff were a credit to Lloyd the Manager. Fantastic system whereby you are allocated your table and that table remains yours for the duration of your stay.

There wouldn't be much that could be changed. It was the end of the season and the hall and stairs carpet were soiled, however I am guessing a deep clean before the illuminations/Xmas period will be performed.

Have stayed many times at the cliffs lucky if you get a parking place , but after that it’s mostly a nice pleasurable experience some of the bathrooms are on the small side but loads of hot water and fresh towels daily, help yourself breakfast, small selection for lunch if you are about dinner help yourself starter waiter service main meal ,free bar 11 am -11 pm , swimming pool ,sauna, jacuzzi, steam room ,gym, bingo and be good entertainment in the evening lots of space if you don’t mingle, kids clubs ,tram and bus spots outside

Sound quality in the main entertainment room could be better ,and breakfast item could be hotter

Watching the children from the Sports bar whilst they were swimming was fabulous. Younger children need an adult with them but our older ones (9 and 11) are competent swimmers so could go unaccompanied, but we could still keep an eye on them from the Sports bar. Children loved going to the kids club. Something for all ages. Art,crafts, bracelet making, face painting, glitter tattoos all free of charge. Pool, bar football, table tennis, gaming screens. They loved the kids disco too. Meals were in general good, starters were especially good as was the salad bar. Breakfast was very nice too. Staff throughout the hotel were super friendly. We had a good laugh with Lewis and Ben and the lady in the Sports bar. Beer in the bars was very good too and not flat like in many places. Rooms were clean and quiet comfortable. We had 2 family rooms which were modernized and a double. All fine. Entertainment was ok but spoiled by room being too hot . Bus and tram right outside. Overall we had a great fun weekend. 6 adults, 2 children.

Cocktail bar and entertainment room was uncomfortably hot. The entertainment was also far far too loud. Main courses at Dinner kept warm causing skin on the mash and a lovely piece of cod being far over cooked and ruined. Tea and coffee at breakfast was very poor and the orange juice was like very sweet orange squash. Pillows on bed rock hard. Would take my own next time. Inappropriate video games that the younger children could watch, better if there was a screened area for the teenagers.

Very nice hotel. Outside clean. I even saw member of staff picking litter and the dreadful fag ends up .our bedroom was clean and warm if you wanted radiator on.Lovely clean towels .lots of milk coffee tea bags. More from reception if wanted. A nice swimming pool heated. It was like a sauna lovely. Food was gorgeous. Help you self to at least 7 .8 starters. Waiter service for main course. a choice of 4 meals .And self service for many sweets. I was spoilt for choice. It was lovely food. Much the same for breakfast. First class. Entertainment every evening. Bingo. A vocalist and comedian. Alcohol not over priced. And the sun was out every day. Lots of the guests i spoke to had been numerous of times. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Blackpool is like many resorts a bit run down. But there are plenty of nice places round the area to visit. This hotel chain have one in the lakes at Patterdale we will try next.

Staff was amazing. We were served by Nevenia(sorry if we got your name wrongly) during our stay. Lovely lady, exceptional service. Always smiling and tables cleared on time. The food was really lovely and hot. Wide selection of starters and desserts. Breakfast was really good. The reception ladies were amazing, very patient and helpful. The hotel is old, however well maintained and the rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable and linen was clean.

The tv remote was dirty The entrance , it was dirty and the carpets had a smell.. Parking was a bit stressful but in the end we managed to park down the road

It was my first stay at the hotel, upon arrival the front desk staff was really helpful, room was clean, entertainment during our stay had variety, bar areas always pleasant staff, kids club was always entertaining for my daughter, dining area very organised and always replenish, overall a very pleasant stay.

The location of our room was above the main entertainment area so it was very noisy if we decided to go to bed early as you literally couldn't until all the entertainment was over, but saying this the entertainment was finished at a very reasonable hour and believe close to the kitchen as we could smell all cooking if kept window open. we had 2 beds one double very comfortable and one single not so comfortable, if you can keep the same level of comfort in both beds will be a plus. No supervision in pool area as the same person has to manage the bar, specially when you had some teenagers creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for younger kids with their behaviour.

Food choice excellent especially dinner. Lovely fish every night, also prawn cocktail.

Not enough fruit, only melon breakfast and dinner. I'm on gluten free diet, all very good until last day, lunch. Was advised tomato soup was gluten free by a young girl. Had a full bowl of it. It was never made clear to me at breakfast if I could eat the lunch or not, only what was on for everyone. Soup wasn't gluten free. Then I started eating some chicken curry, someone appeared and advised me that soup and curry both had gluten in it. It is difficult to communicate with different staff at lunchtime about what I'm able to eat.

We had planned to arrive at 4pm but were delayed, we rang the hotel as had booked evening meal to let them know it would be just after 8pm when we would arrive and they said they were sorry but we would miss the evening meal serving however they plated us up 2 lovely salads and a large plate of sweet treats to take up to our room once we had checked in. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful nothing seemed to much trouble. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Limited onsite parking but managed to find a spot on the side street which was fine, the room was well equipped and good value for money. Our only issue was we like a firm mattress and this was a very soft one, there is now way a hotel can cater for everyone's personal preference so not to big an issue.
