The best hotel in Ukraine , one of the best in Europe. Great service , user friendly staff. Anyone we met was an amazing and kind. I have never met such service in Ukraine before . Even though it’s a big hotel with a lot of facilities, but any employee was happy to help you if needed. Receptionists are well educated, can easily find any compromise with a client. Housekeeping know job well: room and location is very clean. Breakfast served unbelievably. Security helped to park car and take our luggage with a pleasure , not as expected duty for them but they were so friendly.

Panorama/view was amazing. Jacuzzi bath was comfortable and with a good sea view ) Hotel facilities are great, different pools (liked the Infinity pool!! ) Breakfast is definitely the best I've had so far )

The room was superb. Nothing beats the sea view. Breakfast was great. Fresh, diverse, and delicious. The pool and spa - perfect. I had some hopes but Nemo exceeded my expectations. The gym was amazing too. Wide selection of different equipment: from dumbbells and bench press barbell, to crossover and all of the machines for different muscles.

I literally loved everything but a few tiny details. Like leaving a deposit in cash (I'm not a cash lover - everything is cashless these days), or stuff at the desk emphasizing the importance of cutting off the bracelets after checkout (assume there were a lot of "returning guests" to their SPA after the checkout in the past), or funny thing when the maid was inspecting the room during the checkout (while my wife still was in the room) and checked the integrity of the peanut jar steel lid by removing the top plastic lid.

the staff was superfriendly and helpful . extra points to Valeria and Oksana , 2 ladies at the front desk that never failed to greet me with a smile and did absolute 5 star work at making sure i got everything I asked for , these two women were 10 star employees .

it was a bit rough to get to

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the staff and hotel in general are. This was the first time Ive stayed here (for a weekend ) and just felt like you were home. The way they treated costumers, always going above and beyond making sure they are taken care of, was just so amazing. Beautiful doesn’t even describe these rooms with absolutely fabulous black sea view. They were so grand and stunning, a real treat to stay in these gorgeous rooms. They are very quiet and private so don’t worry about any noise, you won’t hear any. The food was worth every penny, so fabulous. (Get the wine pairing too you won’t be disappointed) The Nemo lounge has excellent breakfast and the staff was just perfection. The bar great. All of their cocktails are just to die for. Ask for a Bloody Mary, it’s a party in your mouth. And don’t forget to chat with bar staff They all are truly some of the nicest people you’ve ever met, and so talented and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making our nights so wonderful!! Young lady concierge was a real legend, she helped me with my business trip in amazing Nemo S class Mercedes , thank you for all your help! And the entire reception and welcome staff was fabulous. I didn’t get most of their names, which I’m so upset about because each one of them just made our time there so special. Thank you to everyone who was there at the times Ive stayed. The spa is also top notch, with all the treatments being spectacular and the pool is just superb. Really a beautiful and relaxing place. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, treat yourself to a day at the spa it’s so worth it. Thank you to everyone who made these stays magical.

- Breakfast was amazing with good variety of alternatives; - Jacuzzi in the room is a huge plus especially for families with small kids; - A lot of activities for both adults and kids: group fitness classes, gym, kids club, concerts etc. - Sea view from the room, hotel is super close to the sea; - Nice to get sparkling wine on arrival

- Dolphins: release them, and better make a safari on boats to show them to people in the sea; People mostly choose this hotel because of swimming pools and especially facilities for children, not of having “fish” in the hotel pools; - Some neighbors (but difficult to say where) were smoking inside almost every day and we had a smell in our bathroom; - Noisy during breakfast and little place, maybe no problem for some but seems people tend to celebrate birthdays in the hotel during every weekend, and live music from el. piano was contributing to the noise. It would help to make the sound lower.

Although everything was excellent, but the price is a bit expensive compared to Ukraine
