My trip to colombia was amazing. The staff and people around the hotel were friendly and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The food was decent, but im coming from the U.S., so I needed to adjust to some things. The food did feel and taste a lot healthier than my country, so I definitely do recommend it..

The parking garage needs automatic doors. Sometimes, the attendees may not be down there when you need to leave the parking garage. The places I needed to be was time sensitive. The staff was great overall. I just recommend automatic doors.

This hotel is located in a great area with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. walking around is safe and there are plenty of choices when choosing a restaurant. The staff is very attentive and friendly; breakfast is very good.

The gym needs a little investment; some machines do not work. It improved since the last time we were there ( 5 months ago) but for example, the weight machine was broken and the treadmill died during the week we were there. Also, I had a room with 2 TVs and only 1 worked.

The hotel is a very nice choice if you are staying in Barranquilla. The staff really go out of their way to ensure that your stay meets or exceeds expectations. I had a few issues with my room and Carol at the front desk promptly saw that all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. She really made my stay! Jose in the evening was also very helpful. Other than that, I feel the central location is very convenient. There is a 24hr pharmacy and McDonald's right next to the hotel for any last minute needs or a quick bite. Super fast wifi, good AC, hot water in the shower.

The hotel has a very obvious musty odor through out the facility. The pool is incredibly small and there were only cushions on one piece of the outdoor furniture. It was almost as if they don't want you to enjoy the pool area. The prices at the bar, spa, mini bar, and restaurant are ridiculously over priced. I understand that there is a premium for convenience but the prices are so out of proportion that it was almost comical. The junior suite has no TV in the living area although the photos show that there is one.

The location of the Hotel is in the middle of the city with lots of restaurants and shops around it, breakfast was very good, good assortments of fruits, breads and eggs. the room was very spacious and the air conditio work perfectly.

they need to revamp the fitness center machines need update and better conditioning. short of equipment and variety of machines.

All facilities were up to date and working. Parking was available in the garage below the hotel. No hot car from the sun. No need to turn off the lights when you leave the room as the retrieval of the entry card takes care of that. Upon return the card will be inserted and the lights come on immediately.

I would have enjoyed a lighted clock. However, my cellphone was a good alternative.

Great location; you can walk to many restaurants. The Staff was very friendly and attentive all the time. The breakfast buffet was very good and good price.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms comfortable; the gym could use a little TLC by updating the equipment and A/C. A TV would be a great addition. We worked out every day but an upgrade is needed.

This is a well run hotel with large rooms & close to some fabulous restaurants. The rooftop pool is small but nice and the hottub is refreshingly cool. I work in the fitness industry so i was pleased with a small but well stocked area. I travel with my puppy and was charged a flat rate for her and everyone was very kind to her. Other hotels are not so pet friendly as this one. OH! And I usually don't eat breakfast, but treated myself to it one day, because here, it is amazing. A bounty of options with plates from the kitchen too.

Great location. Friendliest staff I have seen in the city. You can walk to many good restaurants and bars. Rooms are very big and clean. Breakfast is excellent with a little bit for everyone but the best is the location.

Cold Jacuzzi!!! What is up with hotels offering jacuzzis that are ambient temperature. I need a hot tub not another smaller version of a pool.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great location and most of the staff was very nice and professional.

The manager was rude when I asked him about an extra tax they charged me with. He basically said,to go to another hotel if I didn't like it. That was completely unnecessary to be that rude.
