The front desk staff was really professional and helped recommend some places for us to dine and visit for the evening. We loved the free tuk tuk service! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were really comfortable. The hotel is also well located and is within walking distance to Robinson, where there was a vibrant mini food street at night.

The washing machine was not working and we had to go to the reception to get help and request for detergent. But the technician came quickly to resolve the issue. Other than this minor glitch, everything else was good.

Nice room for a decent price. Very comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a bigger studio with a small kitchenette when we arrived. Near to restaurants and good Japanese places for food. We were meant to stay for 3 nights, however, we had to leave after 1 night due to a family emergency. The kind man at the desk refunded us for the remaining two nights. It was such a nice gesture, as we didn’t expect a refund at all and had thought we’d lose the money. I also had a problem with my car and the security guy tried to help despite our language barrier. He called a friend who spoke English and told us where a garage was. Just really helpful and kind staff. I’d stay with citadines again.

High quality hotel with large rooms, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and in a good location. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and a good size gym. 7-eleven nearby and plenty of food & drink options. Shopping Plaza nearby and easy access to Sukhumvit Road if you're driving.

Some after hours music from local bars, but the hotel does provide complimentary earplugs if required, we were not bothered by the low level noise on the Saturday night.

Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable for my taste. Staff was nice, first contact was security guard who helped me with the motorbike parking at arrival, reception was nice and gave info about hotel-stuff. Location was good, easy access to Sukhumvit and very close to a shopping mall and some kind of transport hub (taxis, busses, tuk-tuks). Didn't have breakfast there, although went to the restaurant for a coffee (buffet seemed to have plenty of choices) but opted to go elsewhere.

There was a pub or something nearby with live music, could see it from my balcony. I stayed during weekend so I was kinda expecting some noises, but during weekdays that might be a nuisance if you stay that side of the hotel.

Good location! Massage across street, bar across street and mall and 7/11 nearby too! Staff was very helpful as I’m a light sleeper and needed a different room due to loud music from a street bar. It’s not the hotels fault of the loud music. They moved us with no problem. Much appreciated! My husband could sleep through anything but not me unfortunately. Very clean!

The rooms were spacious, especially the 2BR/2BA suites. The kitchen facilities were awesome as we did most of the cooking in the suite. There were 9-11 of us lounging and eating, and we never felt cramped in the suite.

The breakfast in the restaurant was disappointing.

Good and great variety of Japanese-styled breakfast. Clean and large room. Friendly staff. Swimming pool, fitness and sauna available. Some said it had been noisy during the night but we didn't face this problem. Impressive!

Limited parking lot but the staff was helpful. They tried to manage the limited space. We went out for dinner, retuned to the fully occupied parking lot but it was not a big problem as expected.

Our room and its facilities ie kitchenette, sofa, large bathroom etc we're great. Great sauna and rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Location near the shopping mall was convenient.

The breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel. For us it offered a poor choice of dishes and mostly cold.

Bathtub works well, warm water is in the good condition, well-functioning air-con, a lot of pillows to be chosen for your sleep, automated toilet, quiet and not far from the malls, Citadines Grand Central Sri Racha will be my only hotel to stay if I have to go to Chonburi.
