This is not a Ritz Carlton hotel. It is a very small motel located near the Phuket Airport and Nia Yang Beach. My needs were for a comfortable, quiet, room with a comfortable bed and hot shower. I'm only looking for close access to the beach and cheap room for 3 days before my diving adventure began. It served that purpose and suprised me as being extremely clean and well kept property. Hot shower and a clean king sized bed were perfect for my needs. Beach was a 10 minute walk away. Winrisa Place is a fantastic value for the traveler who is looking for a short stay between flights in and out of Phuket.

TV doesn't have a lot of channels for a Western *United States* traveler. In fact, none I could say I understood or programming I would watch.

Very clean and tidy room, nice bathrooms, shower and linens clean. The place was better than we expected and the price is good for the room. Quiet and with food options in the area, if you need to stay close to the airport this is a good option. Also the beach are close walking.

maybe the only problem is the avenue, but it´s not an issue with the place, just in general the traffic it´s chaotic. You have to pay 200 baths in check in for warranty in cash and they will give back to you when you return the room key. We didn´t knew it in advance, could be good to know before to be prepare.

Winrisa place has all the facilities I needed. If you're coming from the airport and want to stop off as soon as possible, this is the place. The staff were so friendly, recommending me tips on how to get the best taxi deals and how to lock the door, etc. As a solo female traveller, taking time for these things was really appreciated! The bed was super comfortable, air con was brilliant, there was a fridge, free drinking water and coffee sachets. Super clean, too.

This small hotel surpassed all of my expectations. I know this area very well and have stayed in a lot of hotels/bungalows over the last 12 months around here. Walking distance from airport, (15mins), or take the yellow airport bus and ask them to drop you off at the door (30 bt) if you have heavy cases. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and pillows, good shower pressure with soap/shampoo etc, all the usual amenities, (jug, coffee/tea, bottles of water, bar fridge, lots of power outlets and bedside lamps. Walk to the beach 15 mins, local market 10 mins, laundromat across the road and multiple 7/11 stores and food options close by. Also you can wave down the airport bus (at your door) if you want to go into Phuket old town or central mall.Very helpful owners and staff. Great for a short term stay.

Nothing, maybe not suitable for families if extra room and space needed.

No breakfast, lunch etc available. Great location, very close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops and beach. Next to main road but not disruptive. Hotel very peaceful, quiet and clean. All looks quite new. Rooms very nice, spacious. Tea, coffee, water provided daily which was great. Satellite TV, though only Thai and Indian channels I think. Aircon necessary and great, WiFi a little hit and miss. Recommend this place.

fantastic owners! It is obvious that the hotel is used for long transfers at Phuket airport. but for such a low price, the hotel is clean, the customer service is excellent and should be taught to some of the top hotels. we had an early flight and asked for help in ordering a taxi at 6 am, which they helped us with and what a surprise we were that the answer to the question of the cost of the transfer - it’s free of charge. It was just help! We are still impressed by the owner's attitude to clients. Thanks a lot!

Excellent value. A clean hotel with rooms that have all the basic needs, e.g., coffee, shampoo, coffee maker, mini-fridge, comfortable beds, bottled water daily, etc.

The location is good for services but note that a very busy road must be crossed when making the 15 minute walk to the beach. Also, some rooms closer to the road experience traffic noise.

Friendly stuff, location is "great" if you want/have to fly out early moning at the end of your vacation. They offer a free transport to the airport (not from the airport). Very clean. Some options around to eat

Its the area around the airport, so you wont spend your vacation here, just to fly in late or our early, So the place is recommended for this with the free transport to the airport included,

Huge room, comfy bed and great location. We also arrived later than expected due to delays in Phuket airport, however staff stayed until we arrived to cHeck us in. The staff also told us about the travel agent two doors down who run a transfer bus to patong, karon and kata beaches for 100THB/person.

Nothing it was all great for a night stay after a late flight!
