+we booked a half year before so we got a good price /value +rooftoppool +room was ready at lunchtime +breakfast with yummie food and good varieties

-we kindly asked a room on high floor. We didnt get -the room smells rotted, everytime we come in. Maybe because of the wet air condition or the bath shower. -it was loud, there are many party people in the rooms, on the pool. -all the time loud party music on the pool. So no chance to sleep, relax or reading. -they wanted from us to fill out a questionary and wont let us go till we did it. When we tell them we wanna do later they filled it out for us and gave everywhere 100%…

Really nice hotel and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was large and very comfortable. The room had 2 large windows with a beautiful view of the phuket jungle. The location was good, it took around 10-15 minutes to walk to patong beach / bangla road. Hotel also has a nice roof top bar that is open until midnight. It serves nice food and serves good food and plays good music. You can relax and enjoy the lively views from the rooftop bar / pool I will definitely stay here again when I return to Phuket

Nothing but I thought it was worth mentioning that it's located on a busy road and you get quite a bit of noise, due to the volume if traffic that use this road. This wasn't a problem for me or my girlfriend but it could be an issue for people who are light sleepers.

The most important thing in a hotel is the quality of the room itself, and in that regard they do pretty well. The room is generally clean and comfortable, and there is a balcony overlooking the street that makes it feel more open and spacious than it actually is. I will highly recommend taking the breakfast menu as well, especially if you are Asian/Indian or from the East. The quality of the food is excellent considering how little you have to pay for it, and there is a decent selection to choose from. The pool is one of the highlights. It's not the largest pool out there and it can be a bit crowded at times. However it is very clean and the view is quite beautiful. Finally, and most importantly, the staff is warm and friendly which seems to be a common trait among Thai people. The room service comes a bit late in the day, but they do a good job at keeping the room clean and organized.

There are two issues, one of which may be a dealbreaker for you. The hotel is located on a busy street and can be very noisy even at very late night. The balcony door does a decent job at blocking the car noises when closed, but Patong has a lot of obnoxiously loud motorcycles and the door does not block much of that. This is obviously subjective, and it may or may not be a dealbreaker for you. The second annoyance I had was with the bathroom. The shower has a tendency to leak water on the floor, and no matter how hard I tried to keep it dry (with shower curtain, glass door etc.) the floor became wet. Its not too slippery or dangerous by any means, but do be careful.

Not enough tea and coffee facilities in the room . I asked for milk for my tea and they wanted to charge me !! Had to buy my own for the room . Disappointing after paying so much money . English people were Not catered for at breakfast . We do not eat curry or noodles . Needed more English food

Nice rooms, clean and good AC. Rooftop pool is super nice.

People should not be allowed to smoke weed on the rooftop terrace, it can be bothering for some guests.

The room was great. Generous size, great for family. The pool was lovely, enjoyed my time up there. The location was great, wasn't to close to the party area but a walkable distance to it and the beach and the malls so super convenient. The breakfast was great, a lot of options for everyone's diets. Open at a reasonable time too from 6:30am which is great when you have an early pick up time for a tour. Everything was great.

My brother is allergic to nuts and I told them in advance. When we got to our room, we didn't have any of the snacks they provided cause what i found out later on was that they were various nuts snacks, i ended up getting charged by room service as they didn't know about not providing the nuts snacks due to his allergies but we eventually sorted it out. It was just a bit of a hassle as I had to keep reminding them.

A little late for my review as came to this hotel at the end of january, So got here on the evening 27th of jan got to reception and realised i forgot to bring my revolut card but had the app on my phone was a little worried i wasnt going to be able to check in even though i had already paid for this online, the man who dealt had made a mistake with my booking got ot mixed up with someone else which got me so frustrated as i didnt need this after 33 hours of travelling he got my booking mixed up with someone else but we finally got it sorted and he apologised, i was happy with my room only negative i would say was our room was overlooking the main road which sometimes got very noisy at night, breakfast was great so many choices, rooftop was fabulous was nice we could take beach towels on our day trips but i would like to say a very big THANKYOU to PUI and OM for organinsing our trips and helping us choose what was the best choice for us i got really run down all due to my travels she advised me really well what do to my best trip was the snorkal trip and elephamt Santuary wanted to go again to snorkal but didnt have much time and i wasnt feeling well, but i will come back and book banana beach she reccomemded for snorkaling i hope you pass this message on to Pui and om, we had good chats with her on her desk😊 Me and my neice came from England Manchester

Room overlooked main road

The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing! Big enough and with beautiful view on the city and sea. Breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Clean and comfortable room and bed. The stuff was nice and ready to help. The food in the restaurant is very good, maybe a bit expensive but this is expected. The location is also good, i.e. walking distance from beach, Bangla road, and shopping malls. The Siladon Spa nearby is fanstastic. Definitely good value for money.

Room not perfectly isolated from outside noise. Stuff a little too picky and trying to control everything. For example they take note if you take towels in the swimming pool and you are not allowed to bring them in your room, which is a bit annoying if you are wet. Some rooms have humidity issues, but I think this is due to the extremely high humidity during rainy season and it can be mitigated with air conditioning.

The rooftop pool is really a highlight. You can order food up there and soak in the sun. The staff are very friendly and attentive and greet you enthusiastically every morning as you walk by. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food and is very reasonably priced, with a large variety of items to choose from!

The hotel has little to no noise insulation from outside noises. We were on the 8th floor and I could hear scooters buzzing by as if I was on the ground floor. The hotel is quite a walking distance from the beach - I wouldn't recommend doing the walk often in the heat. There's a little concierge that helps you book activities on the island. It appears they are not from the hotel itself. They booked a terrible trip for us that seemed very legit on the pamphlets. I would be careful not to trust them to book any other experience.
