We loved this hotel, we were upgraded on arrival, 2 bedroom suite was spacious with a large fridge and had cutlery and crockery. Breakfast was good, one morning they had fillet steak which was delicious with a tasty sauce. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was until 11am and 12 midday on New Year's Day. The rooftop was awesome with the best DJ Ice Smith who played excellent beats and let our kids get involved which they cannot speak about enough. The New Year's party was incredible, so much fun and we could see the Cafe Del Mar Fireworks as well as the brilliant show put on by the hotel. We could swim during the party and the cocktail buckets were awesome. The staff were amazing. The Best New Year's party ever. The pools are divine, with sparkling lights even in the floors of the pool. Lighting is something to behold. Free transfers to Surin and main Kamala area, but only at certain times.

We loved this hotel, could do with sun loungers at the rooftop, lots of seating, but no loungers. Could put them on the deck at the back as the seating is great around the pool bar. Balconies very small, no clothes drying rack on balcony and couldn't smoke on balcony. (Our preference while kids are sleeping).You can smoke on the rooftop or at a designated area close to reception which was good. No convenience stores close by but lots of small beach bars and restaurants further down on the beach.Divine huge beach towels from reception, but could do with a station on rooftop as well.

I couldn't fault our stay at this hotel. The property is brand new and very clean. Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious, with plenty of storage and basic kitchen amenities. The rooms were cleaned daily, including a full bed linen change. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced. Every night, they host a BBQ skewer event at the rooftop pool/bar, which is a nice way to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were some minor quirks, like the cash deposit and room check at checkout, but these weren't major issues. Initially, we were concerned about the distance from the center, but we came to appreciate the short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. For context, we are a healthy family with older teenagers, so this walk was fine for us. It might be more challenging for those with strollers or mobility issues. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We stayed at The Marin in Jan 2025 for 3 nights and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed. The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the food, the bars, and the pools - everything was awesome. The rooms were modern and felt like brand new with everything in it - a small kitchen with cutleries, plates, cups and glasses, coffee machine, tea maker, microwave and hot plate. Water and tea/coffee replenished every day. The beds were big, very comfy and great nights sleep. The bathrooms spacious, modern and everything worked perfectly. They have a rooftop pool with an attached bar, and a ground pool for kids to enjoy, adjoining a bar. The restaurant was downstairs, the food was excellent with authentic Thai. The breakfast buffet was out of the world. They even have a buggy vehicle for short commutes for hotel guests. Special mention for Feena and Auddy, they just blew out minds off with their proactive, caring customer service, always with a smile, going the extra mile! I think I will never stay anywhere else apart from The Marin, when I visit Phuket again!

Breakfast was excellent with plentiful food. Great variety of food available. Staff were incredibly helpful particularly the Manager at Reception and Meo, food and beverage Manager. Beach opposite the hotel was clean with plenty of lounges and open space.

The penthouse pool is amazing but it needed more lounges. The pool on ground level is mainly for those rooms with access to the pool so there was a lack of available lounges. Access to the beach is over a four lane main road and it really needs a person monitoring traffic to allow for safe passage across the road. These are certainly not criticisms but just suggestions.

Friendly and attentive staff. Allowed for an earlier check-in. Deposit of 3,000 baht was promptly returned upon check out. Amazing pools. Room service was great too. Location wise, probably the best in Kamala because the hotel is close enough to the beach and town but far away enough that it feels somewhat secluded. The 4 lane road to cross to get to the beach was really fine. Could be an issue for less abled people. Next time, I would like to book a pool access room because they looked so lovely and private. Baan Mai massage outside was wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Everything was going great until I tried the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately for 900 baht, guests are being severely overcharged for poor quality items. It's okay I only tried it once because I had gone to a Big C to get all my breakfast items/snacks earlier on.

I stayed at the two bedroom suite which was spacious and included kitchenette amenities suitable for families traveling with kids. The pool and roof top pool are really amazing. The proximity to Kamala and Surin Beach. Great area to stay at Phuket, away from the buzz of Patong which I personally prefer not to stay so close there as I’m looking for more tranquility. The hotel is brand new and the property facilities are well-maintained. The hotel is a hidden gem, and you can easily relate its location to Cafe Del Mar to pinpoint location for taxi drivers as the hotel location is new and many drivers are still unaware of it.

I only have a comment on their services I wish they’re a bit faster especially when requesting housekeeping items, they took some time till they offer the service.

Staffs were amazing, very accommodating to our needs. Though it was a new hotel/resort, we we’re initially very skeptical but after the trip, think we made the right decision to book The Marin Phuket. Great stay!

There isn’t much shops available around the hotel. to have a convenience store nearby or in the lobby itself would be fantastic cause the nearest convenience store is a drive away.

Breakfast was disappointing. Although there is a choice, it’s hard to find something tasty. Coffee just awful. And the breakfast itself is on the -1 floor, so you just have food, but not a nice morning.
