We were there for a week. Excellent hotel!!! Everything is close by and in the center. Bangla Road is only a 5-minute drive away. Bangla Road. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, who upgraded our room and cheerfully answered all of our questions. Very spacious and clean rooms, with an excellent air conditioner! Refrigerator, safe, bottles of water, kettle, free towels, shampoo, and a sparkling clean swimming pool. Fresh and tasty breakfast, eggs and omelets made to order, vegetables, cornflakes, and fresh fruit. Besides there have Laundry and ironing services are available for 140 baht, and the laundry is returned clean and fragrant. In a nutshell, they made our vacation unforgettable!! We will undoubtedly return.

It is very central and walking distance to Patong beach, the staff is very polite and we got housekeeping everyday

There was a smell in the shower, the basin was not clean when we arrived to the hotel they cleaned it next they after we told them the situation. Additionally the beds were not comfortable sorry to say but it was kind of a stone. Also even closing the doors we have heard the noise from outside. If you are light sleeper this hotel is not the best choice. But on the other hand it is noisy because it is central and you get what you paid.

The location is great its close to foodmarket and everything else

The family room has only one key. So if one family member is out they cannot take the key with them without shutting everything of in the room

When I arrived, the receptionist was kind. The room was clean.

My friends were blamed in what they did not do. Hotel staff asked to pay 1000 baht for dirty towels despite the towels were already dirty when they were given. The receptionist even called the police. So I would suggest guests to be more careful when booking outside of Booking.com.
