Pool and surrounding area was spotless and well kept, granddaughter had a ball on the flumes. The food stalls at the pool were surprisingly very good and had a good selection. There was plenty of food on offer for breakfast, but as I’m a fussy eater it didn’t really appeal to me, my husband enjoyed it a lot more than I did. The rooms were very spacious and modern, beds were massive. There was plenty of toiletries available.

The food caters more for Asian visitors, which I totally understand as the vast majority of people visiting this area enjoy this food

Great location, very nice staff, excellent pool and slides which kept kids entertained for hours. This was our second trip to Phuket and even though we stayed at a flashier resort last time this holiday was way better due to the location and pool facilities. Also our family room was on the ground floor right near the pool which made going back and forth for toilet, floaties, forgotten sunscreen etc really easy. No need to drag everyone back with me each time. Nice beach nearby and very friendly store holders across the road for those bargain hunters. Really enjoyed our stay.

Could be a few more changes at the breakfast buffet each day.

The hotel had two great water slides, and there were plenty of pools to choose from. I visited shortly after Thailand started opening up for all tourists to visit without having to quarantine, so it was pretty quiet, and not many guests. But the hotel still had a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The employees were extremely helpful with any questions we had. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, so we were spoiled for choice.

My main problem was that the wifi in our room kept disconnecting fairly frequently. Also, some walls could need a stroke of paint here and there, but that's to be expected after two years of virtually no tourists at all.Thirdly, I was disappointed with the lack of English speaking TV channels, and the fact that the TV didn't have any USB connector.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Didnt get notified that the kids pool area with water slides wasnt going to be open during our stay.

We enjoyed the hotel because it was family-friendly and had activities suitable for all ages, especially the kids’ slides. Those types of amenities really make a difference for a fun and relaxing stay, especially when traveling with family. Location amazing. The staff Maria and Bose were very helpful. I had IV vitamin infusion in the room. 1 doctor and 2 nurses. The price was amazing and they agreed to do more ml for the same price

The food choices were a bit poor. Would like more fresh salads, maybe soup, more of the healthy variety:)

The taxi driver they employed to take us to another destination dropped us off with all our luggage and said we had to walk the rest. He said the road was to rough for his car. We had to walk 2kilometres up a big hill on a very hot day. The road was actually very good with many cars passing us on the way. We paid a high price and felt very ripped off, and exhausted!

This is a good resort for a family with young teens. The rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The kids really enjoyed the pool, particularly the slides. The staff was very nice and responsive. The hotel is a five minute walk from Karon Beach, which is very clean by Thai standards. And it is a 20-min walk to Kata beach. Rooms: The adult beds and linens could have been a bit better, but they were okay. The kids beds were significantly worse, but the kids managed. Food: Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but could have been a bit higher quality. The fruit was good but not great, likewise for the yogurt. Either the oil or the potatoes used to make the grilled potatoes was reliably off. Every day they had either pancakes or French toast as well as cereal and a variety of eggs, omelettes, hard boiled, sunny side, and over medium. Often they had croissants and some muffin-like pastries. In addition, there was an Asian aisle of breakfast food, but we did not try any of that. The resort is mostly (95%) attended by Russians.

The buffet dinner is to be avoided at all costs. I'm not sure we've ever paid so much for such poor food. (Apparently the buffet dinner is included in the price of the hotel for some guests.) It would be nice to have access to drinking water (water fountain or such) throughout the day, so that we can refill our water bottles -we hate to buy single-use plastic water bottles (event the 3 gal ones) from the local 7Eleven store. There is water served/available at breakfast, but it's done by the end of the breakfast hours (6am-10am). The room smelled somewhat bad initially. We eventually concluded that the problem was the air conditioner. We complained to the front desk and they worked on the air conditioner the same day and fixed the problem. Otherwise the room was good.

Pool area including waterslide was good as well as access to the pool bar. Breakfast was excellent each morning with various seating areas inside and outside near the pool. Location was convenient to access cafes, bars and the beach. Extremely friendly Staff who were personable. A big shout out to an employee called Boon who manned the pool bar. He maintained a positive vibe through engaging in conversation, even with language barriers.

Bed was a little firmer than we were used to, however the rooms were maintained daily. We booked adjoining rooms to accommodate family. T Only 1 TV in the kids room had reception. Minor issues only..

Extremely clean facilities! Large and comfortable rooms. So impressed that there was no sand in the floors despite the hotel being so close to the beach. Friendly and welcoming staff Large pools, fun waterslides. Nice water play area for younger kids. Delicious drinks at the pool bars. Walking distances to supermarkets and pharmacies. We ate our meals at Baan Sailom next door to the resort and the Sandwich Box opposite the resort. Good breakfast spread, staff replaced food diligently

Crowded breakfast room. Many tourists were discourteous in the large amounts of food they took and not waiting their turns. Lunch and dinner not that great. We preferred to eat outside the resort. We realised upon arrival that if we booked different types of rooms, they would likely be on different floors even if within the same building. The resort is huge so this can be a problem for families with small children.

Relaxed & friendly vibe. Close to the beach, with bars & restaurants outside the door - and a 20 minute taxi/tuk tuk to Patong if you want something busier! The area around the hotel & down to the beach felt safe enough to let younger teens have some freedom during the day. And within the resort, there were good facilities, especially the pools! Even though it was peak holiday period, there was enough space for everyone to relax & enjoy themselves!
