Very expensive for anything extra (maybe I’m a little out of touch but after a month in Thailand this was a blow out stay for birthday but everything was double anywhere else) Not allowed to take own water or drink to pools and drinks are very expensive. Room had no view and was supposed to be a superior room we just looked at a roof! Not a single thing to see. Really disappointing as this was a big treat for 5 nights. Really disappointed with this it was like we were given the worst possible one room 1025 Breakfast was an extra 480 a day per person if paying on the day you check in or you pay more think 550 We opted to do this it was nice and filled us up for the day Taxi booked via hotel was 1250 to airport too which was double normal rates on bolt or indrive

We stayed in a Penthouse Villa King. The room was very large and well appointed. We enjoyed using the private roof top pool. The buffet breakfast each morning provided a large selection and variety of options of food. The service was excellent. We also used the 3m deep Coconut Pool often which was great. Proximity to the beach is good and there are many eating options outside of the resort.

Room was absolutely amazing with the penthouse pool, absolutely sublime place to wake up and also cool down after a long day in the heat. Would definitely go there again!

The prices of the bar at hotel reception was more expensive that London or Norway(astranomical) where there is a bar next door that sells beverages at normal Thailand prices, which is a pity as its a nice place to sit and enjoy.

All the facilities were excellent.

We did not like the initial check-in process. The guys at the reception had allotted us a room which was not as per our booking. Initially, they showed us an inferior room. When we told them that we had booked a sea-facing double-bedded suite room, then only, they had provided us the same. This should not have happened.

1- They should have free shutter busses every 1 hour to Patong, Kata or other big Malls just like all the other resorts: ie old pkuket resort and centara. 2 - The main entry road, they should put either a traffic light or a safety crossing for people to cross the road safely, specially for older/senior people that walk every slow. Specially in the curve road section. 3 - they need to change the play list at the pool bar.., only 5 songs and was on repeat,.. all the time I was there I keeped listening to the same song. They can just put on YouTube 2hours playlist on Summer mix songs. 4 - they need to put a money exchange facility inside the resort 5- they need to put an ATM facility inside the resort.

Room was excellent, very comfortable beds and pillows and house keeping service was great. The hotel is in an excellent location with many restaurants in easy walking distance along with the beach being nearby.

The pool could have been better. The main pool plays music the entire day, its really loud and means you need ear plugs at the pool if you want to relax and read a book. You will also hear this music form your room balcony meaning relaxing or reading a book there is out of the question. Some of the music was also inappropriate, example Nicky Minaj 'FREAKY' isn't an appropriate song for a family audience at 11am (or any time). There is one pool for hotel users and this pool does not have cushions on the loungers. There was also water blasting at this pool most days which was very noisy. The reception toilets were not modern, there was a significant water leak and they were not clean the one time I used them.

Great hotel! Located in a fantastic, well-maintained garden. The rooms in the main building are spacious, modern and with good facilities. Beds are excellent, the bathroom is also exceptionally good. Cleaning and maintenance are carried out well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is breathtaking (especially the daily sunset!). From the main building to the beach it is a 10-minute walk through the beautiful garden. The breakfast is good, wide choice. The only downside: after 10:00 pm there are hardly any bar facilities in the hotel, on the other hand that also provides a lot of peace and quiet. Hotel is located near the lively part of Karon.

Excellent room - Residence Premium has a great view of the beach, very spacious rooms and modern. The beach front view is the best view I have had in a "sea view" room. Really good convenient location too. Rooms were very clean when we moved in. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and very happy to help. The grounds are large an beautiful and it's nice just walking around the resort. Breakfast is good with nice variety. I would definitely come back and stay in this room!

We had some water pressure issues in our room which had to be fixed by an engineer. The room when we moved in was very clean, but the daily servicing seemed rushed e.g. towels not being replaced even when they were requested, amenities not replaced when emptied and the cleaner coming into the room even though we had "do not disturb". The tea at breakfast as lukewarm - they need to just have a coffee machine than can provide hot water!

Our apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The kids club was great and the pools were lovely.

The staff , were friendly ,smiley and very helpful... Breakfast was exceptional , plenty of choice and flavoursome... Very good recreational facilities and equipment available also....
