This property is near new, the rooms are spacious and super clean, the beds are 'huge' and the view over the pool was just perfect and to top it off, the breakfast spread was fabulous with so much food & beverages to choose from. We would stay here at Kata Beach, before staying at Patong any day. The beach was lovely and clean and Niranapa Resort offered free transfers to and from the beach during the day. So close to cafes, restaurants, bars & shops too.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception area is all open and beautifully simple in a Thai kind of way. And considering the amount of activity around, it was very quiet.

As a solo traveler it’s nice to be able to have a chat with random strangers… I couldn’t do this here as my Russian is non-existent. It was also Songkran and the hottest time of the year so even leaving the air conditioned comfort of the room while the sun was still up was a challenge. On the map it look like a short stroll to the beach but as Club Med occupies the entire front and refuses to allow access, the beach is more a long walk than it is a short stroll. Still, I can’t blame Niranapa for that. One thing, you need more than one coffee machine at breakfast.

I loved this hotel! Everyone was really friendly, the breakfast was amazing, really beautiful and well taken care. Highly recommended! Super clean, rooms was spacious and new.

The only thing is that upon arrival we were requested to leave a deposit in cash, which we were not aware of. Had to go under the rain to withdraw the money otherwise they wont let us in to the room. Good that the ATM was close by, however it should have been advised in advance.

Brand new so super clean and modern rooms. Maybe one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Phuket and for the price so good! Spacious, super big comfy bed, tv with Netflix! We would 100% stay again

The staff on the desk didn’t seem to understand anything we asked for. I think with some proper staff training this place could be amazing! Because the hotel is so new you can feel the staff are unsure and there’s not a hotel vibe it feels more like a resedential complex

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Niranapa Resort. The location is perfect, it's very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants but still, it is quiet. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was a little bit poor for the price.

I thought the hotel was overall was great! Very relaxing. Fantastic location, central to bars, restaurants, beach and shops. Staff were very attentive.

Rooms could do with a remote control for the air conditioning.

As the hotel and staff are new there are still some teething troubles like booking in was slow and you couldn’t order room service

Location was very good (10 mins by foot to the beach and close to restaurants and shops) and everything was still in good condition as the hotel is new (2024)

The quality of the breakfast is not up to the standard of the hotel. No local fruits, only watermelon and orange flesh honeydew melon were served (easily found in Europe) The amenities were basics compared to other hotels but sufficient from my opinion. Communication in English with the staff was unfortunately limited but manageable.

Staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful - never without a smile on their face. The room was clean, modern and beautiful, wouldn’t have changed a thing.

The buffet style breakfast was a bit of a let down but easily fixable. All hot food was stone cold - this unfortunately wasn’t a one off, my partner and I stayed for 3 nights and each morning was the same. The pool area lacked a bit of atmosphere, a little music would be great!
