What a great place, I was a bit worried by the odd bad review but this place was excellent. Patong is a busy place so it's unlikely to find a quiet street but I was pretty comfortable. Big room, good AC, everything you'd want. It's not 5 star but everything works and it's a short walk from the beach. The rooftop bar & pool were the standouts though, again, not 5 star but a very chill place to hang out with a great view. Great staff & excellent value for money.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We booked the superior room and it was a very good size, as was the bed! The entire hotel was very clean, smoke free and overall peaceful place.

Some tiles on the pool were broken off where the jacuzzi was, which made it a little uncomfortable to sit on, but still doable! I realise it's not the holiday "season" right now, however there were only ever 4 sun beds out by the pool, which wasn't enough for the number of people wanting to use the facility.

3rd stay here and once again the staff were lovely and on hand at all times. Convenient location for shops, restaurants, OTOP market and Malin Plaza. Not a long walk to the beach either. Rooms adequate size and cleanliness. Great rooftop pool with a bar and food available on the rooftop too. Lift to all floors.

Shower cubicle on the small size. No hot water from the shower.

The rooftop pool was fantastic. The shower was hot and with great pressure. Rooms clean with daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water provided daily. Great staff.

The noise from the Hard Rock Cafe even with balcony door shut. Vibrations from traffic all night. Poor internet quality…..shockingly bad!

Rooms and rooftop pool could be cleaner, especially the toilet. Breakfast is ok, but could be better and more diverse.

This hotel was really great in every way. The price was very reasonable. The hostess was kind. We also bought everything we wanted from the hotel.The pool of the hotel was very clean and the vivo was very beautiful. It was close to Bangla Street and it was less than 3 minutes away from 7Alon stores.

I liked the rooftop pool and there are 2 towels for pool in the room. The view is amazing from rooftop. The staff are quite friendly. I really liked the room. It was just what I needed for a few nights. Room service cleaned room very well each day and changed towels etc. Very quiet and far enough from the action, but very nice walking distance to get home. Had my guest come stay both nights and no one said a word to me.

Just need an iron. After clothes are in a suitcase they need to be ironed.

This was our second stay at Meir Jarr, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! The daily room cleaning service was outstanding, keeping our space spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an exceptional variety of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, situated in a very convenient neighborhood with everything close by – a 7/11, a pharmacy, and the OTOP market, perfect for enjoying street food, fresh fruits, and refreshing drinks. A special mention goes to the swimming pool area. The view from the pool bar is simply spectacular, especially during sunset. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Patong. What truly sets this hotel apart is its wonderful staff. They were consistently helpful, pleasant, and greeted us warmly every time we passed by. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. Meir Jarr is undoubtedly the best location to stay and enjoy Patong, with its proximity to Bangla Road and the beach within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back for our next visit!

In a quieter part of Patong away from the main noise and large spacious rooms which are very clean. The best part is the rooftop pool; breathtaking at all times of day!

when we arrived we had to pay a 500THB deposit in cash which we had no warning or clue about as it was not disclosed when booking. No issue paying it as you get it back during check out but would have been nice to know about it. No footpath on quickest walk into the centre makes it interesting.
