I absolutely love staying at Mazi Design Hotel! For the past 5 or 6 years, I've made it a point to return almost annually, and for good reason. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you warmly, making you feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is lovely and consistently clean, and the rooms are equally well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the unique boutique style, where everything feels thoughtfully chosen and very pleasant. Even the cleaning staff are so friendly and accommodating, readily assisting with room cleaning requests. -decently equipped gym for light workout -5 minute walk from the beach, -pharmacy opposite, -7-Eleven next door for your groceries -daily night market opposite open till about 11pm -souvenir shops behind market -use Grab app for taxis from the airport for best rate (~800 bhat) and avoids haggling. -worth getting breakfast at hotel. it's a buffet and at 220 bhat pp it's better priced than what you would be charged at outside food venues. theres a decent selection of food to choose from -you don't need to have it included in your booking. you can turn up and they will bill to your room -good powerful a/c -good strong hot shower -large safe that fits a 15" laptop with space -no view rooms are also decent: their balconies face another building but it's been decorated with hanging plants. -no hassle to extend stay at any time. late checkout is a very decent 100 bhat per hour and they are happy to accommodate you

Good location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the beach strip. Great market right across the road with lots of food vendors to choose from. Also close to many restaurants and other shops. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were very good.

The pool, while very nice, didn’t get a lot of sun (we were there the last 2 weeks of March) so the water was cool. The waterfall feature was very noisy but only ran a few times throughout the day. Our room had a very small balcony that only fit 1 chair and you had to turn off the air con if you were outside because the unitwas right above the chair.

Housekeeping was great. The pool is small, but also really nice. The location is good because there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and it's a little quieter than the main road.

Unfortunately, though we are far from the main hustle and bustle of Patong, it's still in Patong... so the claim that the rooms are soundproof are not true. There was some place blasting their music until 6:30 am and then of course random tuk tuks with their volume. If you're going out and drinking this would be quiet enough, but if you have activities planned early thr next morning, or a flight the next morning, I recommend a sound machine since it's beyond the control of the hotel and I guess they can only make the windows and doors so soundproof.

Location is excellent. There is a night market just opposite and has a seven 11 next door. Walkable distance to patong beach and walking street. Room was clean. Bed was quite big and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. It actually exceeded our expectations. The bed was super comfy and so big that we never touched each other with my partner. We really loved that the pool had refreshing water (it should be law in Thailand to have refreshing water in pools :D) and amazing advantage was that area around pool did not have sun and was windy. Such a pleasure! Daily room cleaning and daily towel change. Although the location was very near to everything, it was still quiet.

The air conditioning was very strong and we could not make it less powerful.

Perfect Location

The property was better than expected, we arrived at the airport was given a free taxi to the hotel. The gym was small but workable the breakfast was very good value for money.

There was a group of us that went, I first booked mine through booking.com and then talked my friends into coming, but for some reason the hotel was not findable on the booking website so I booked my friends through the hotel website, on arrival my friends got a free upgrade to a bigger room, I did not

It’s difficult to say something bad taking into sacking the price of eur 24 per night

Generous room size and amenity. Comfortable bed. Cleaness.

Sound proofing is poor, noisy at night.
