In some of the villas there was a water pump next to the room so it's loud The villas at the front row is closer to the street so might be louder than the ones behind The second villa we changed to (at the very back) has almost no WiFi signal

I loved! 🥰 The place is very beautiful. The plants, the birds, the view, everything is clean and aesthetically beautiful. You have to climb stairs, but that helps to exercise and after two days you can see the results, they also help you with your bags, so it's not a problem. It has stairs and a ramp, I have knee problems and I had no problems because I went up and down the ramp. It is located in a quiet area at night, so you arrive exhausted from the day and sleep like a baby, you can order food and they bring it to your room. I liked the food that I can order there more than that of other restaurants, the beach is very close, the yoga center is also next door and there are many shops and places to exchange money or ATMs nearby. Nearby there is a pharmacy store, candy store, replica stores, there are bars, restaurants, a massage place and a laundry. The customer service is the best, we loved it, they care that you feel good, we hired the taxi service with them and they always made us feel very good. Before our arrival, they were already aware of us and we communicated by messages. Nearby there are many resorts but none next to the beach and I prefer personalized attention than a resort where they cannot give you a quality service like here, the service was excellent, I take to my heart the kindness with which they treated us. I thought that my days in Phuket would be boring so I decided for the best area, kata, but I never thought that I would love this place so much and there are two very cute cats there to say hello. There is also an iguana that greeted us from the palm tree. The place is very central but calm.

I wanted to bring the black cat with me but it was not possible. I like all.😔 The beach: 😍You cross the street, walk to the left a bit, there is a small corridor and from there you arrive at the beach immediately, I went on excursions, so I didn't bathe on the beach but there are many activities, at the time of sunset, there were people bathing and playing. This is one of the best beaches in Phuket.😎

Perfect room at 2 min walk to the beach, sea view and every comfort you need. Bankie is like the owner you wish to find everywhere, makes you feel like home. I will surely come back if in Kata Really recommended.

The rooms are really spacious and not just clean, but "Monica clean"! We stayed in the topmost villa and the view from the room and the front balcony was just amazing. To get there you do have to climb up a steep hillock, but it's free exercise that is hard to complain about after all the sinful food indulgences on a vacation. Folks running it - Bankie and Jacky are amazing too! And of course "Mumu" the hardworking ;) resident cat is cherry on top if you are a cat person. Location within Kata is quite good, with beach just across the main road.

Nothing that we didn't like about the villas themselves. I would have enjoyed the Kata beach more if it were not such humoungously crowded - but that's probably just the fault of the peak season.

Bankie - the owner of this accommodation - is the one who makes this place a great place to spend your holiday in Phuket. As he himself told us - I am happy when you are happy - we thanked him several times for everything he did for us and what he advised us with. You can count on Bankie and his staff here. The whole area is on a slope, but everything is like in a beautiful garden. Awesome terrace. Great equipped room with everything you need. Beds comfortable. Working air conditioning. Cleaning once every two days is enough - the quality of cleaning is 100%. A short walk to the beautiful Kata beach. Everything you need within walking distance.

- perfect location but still quite in most of the time (tons of restaurants, massage saloons, minimarts, etc) - good wifi - good AC - friendly staff - beach is literally at your doorstep - comfortable bed - huge fridge with freezer rack

- occassionally loud music from nearby places and fireworks that is NOT the fault of the HOTEL - there could be a small kitchen table in the room

The location.. I was also upgraded.. The team were very welcoming..

Some sort of rodent or cat was gnawing at something in the ceiling in the middle of the night.. otherwise I'd have given a score of 10..

I endorse every beautiful review given by previous guests. Our stay couldn’t have been any better. The Villa is well kept with beautiful ocean views. The bed and the sheets were prime! Bankie is the loveliest and kindest host. He made us feel welcome and safe. He was always available and made sure we were not caught on tourist traps. I highly recommend it.

It was my first trip to Phuket, the moment we reached the place, Jackie gave me a grand welcome, she has a cheerful nature. My man, Bankie was the greatest of host, and a person who i can call a friend now. He took care of everything for me. The view from the room, the amenities, the cleanliness was amazing. I had a 10/10 experience while staying at this place and also had an excellent experience of exploring phuket. I highly recommend to book your stay here as you wont ever be disappointed. Cheers.

We loved our stay at Kata White villas! The location is in very close proximity to the beach and the staff is super friendly and always happy to assist and help you with booking taxi/trips etc. Would definitely recommend! Amazing value for money!
