We love the room so much. It was cozy, and well-maintained. We loved how it smells. It's compact but everything we needed were there.We felt like we were at home. The staff are helpful and super friendly. We greatly appreciated how we were welcomed and accomodated by the ladies, and Hulek ❤️. The location is perfect. It's walking distance from the beach, convienient stores and restaurants. Could not wait for our next stay at Ideo!

The breakfast tasted good but the serving sizes could have been a little bit bigger.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night with our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming attitude. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.It’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort for their guests. The location is another highlight! Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, you’ll appreciate the convenience of being close to key attractions and amenities. Overall, we were truly impressed by the positive atmosphere, exceptional service, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

The room was well equipped with everything we needed. There were four of us (2 adults, 1 teen and a 6 year old) and we fit comfortably in the room. Breakfast was good & staff were super amazing. Kind & accommodating. We arrived late at night & they stayed up for us to settle us into our room. Always pleasant and very responsive to our needs with a smile. We felt very welcome & looked after. It’s a simple place but very warm, welcoming. Though our stay was brief, we really enjoyed our stay at Ideo and would return again

We liked the hotel's family and friendly atmosphere. The crew really put an effort into making you feel welcome. The location is a few minutes away from the airport but to my surprise it is quieter than I thought. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast very much! I would definitely come here again.

We arrived late at night right from the airport after a very long day. We took 2 rooms and contacted the place in advance to make sure they shared a wall. It's important for us because we have young children. It wasn't what we got that night and we got upset. But they corrected the error the next morning and all was forgotten.

The best parts are: - thoughtfulness of the host - from providing beach mats, beach toys to insect repellent... They have thought of everything.. - 10 mins walk to a beautiful beach and 10 mins taxi ride to airport - very friendly and warm staff - especially the women... :) - they kept our luggage safely after check out and also let us use the showers after checkout as we had a late flight.

Very limited breakfast - especially for vegetarians. Bread, butter and jam, fruit and yogurt. Tea ran out, fruit ran out by the time we went for breakfast at 9am. The room was tiny for four people with no space to move. This looked very different from the photos. Lizard, cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room.... Nothing that the property could do about this as it is in such a green place but they did have insect killer to use if needed... We needed it!

Friendly staff, large, clean & comfortable room with a good shower. I liked having a microwave, plates & cutlery so that I could cook my own food. The location was good with only a short walk to the beach & a handy shop just over the road. Only had breakfast once but it was decent.

Lots of construction nearby but luckily my room far away enough so that I was not disturbed too much.

Pet friendly. Close to beach. Great owner and personel. Good price benefit balance. Free beach towels. I definately recomend the hotel. Mon and her crew are helpful and ready to do what you needed. Also Mon's dog Hulek, she is so cute. We will very relaxed with our dog there for 3 weeks stay.. Thank you Mon for everything

Nice hotel with walking distance to the beach. We only spent one day here, coming from the airport and then taking the boat to Koh Lanta the following day. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and bathroom was fresh.

The room met our needs when coming from the airport and leaving the next day. We had nothing to complain about. We were 4 people in one room with beds being a bit crammed, but we didn't find this a problem.

Lovely hotel, amazing owners/staff, rooms big and spacious with everything u need. We had 2 ground floor next to each other. Walk to beach is 5 Mins, lots of restaurants around and on beach. 100% recommend if staying before or after flight or you want a lovely beach! Thank you ☺️

Quiet location but close enough to everything, less than 5 mins walk to the beach, streetfood and local markets (10mins) The bed really comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure, rooms are good with small kitchenette(micro, fridge, jug etc) Across the road from a new family mart, a good local restaurant and a legit massage shop. Airport bus at top of rd (5 min walk) if you want to go to the central festival shopping centre or old phuket town for the day (100bt) door to door, way better than local taxis with their inflated prices or bolt/grab for this trip, use bolt etc for everything else, runs every hr both ways.

Nothing, for the price it was excellent, please note no pool, but great beach less than 5 mins walk away
