The location was great. The staff were helpful and smiling. The restaurant food was great and they give you huge portion. The WiFi was strong and reliable.

Location is one of the best ever in the heart of Patong. You can literally reach everywhere on foot, especially the beach and main clubs Staff is professional, very friendly and kind Room is cozy, comfortable, spacious and good value for money WiFi signal is strong

I have really nothing to report here. I also found the whole place and the rooms have been improved since last time I was in this same hotel a couple of years ago already. Well done to management!

Very quiet place with great staff and many shops around. They provide water everyday which is a nice gesture and they are very helpful (I needed to print something and they had no problem to help me out). The bed was confortable and there is a restaurant downstairs with very good pizza that really comes in handy.

The WIFI was very bad because the rooter on Floor 4 (where I was staying) did not work, so I had to use Floor 3 or 5. If you stay try to ask for a room in one of this floors and not Floor 4. The location is ok with a Family Mart right nearby, but the beach is a bit far and you basically have to walk down through Bangla Road everytime for the shortest option.

- we had a deluxe room which was huge, clean and had a balcony - bed was comfy, nice bathroom, towels and samples provided - good location right off the Main Street and 15 min walk to beach - staff were lovely and friendly - rooms made daily - extended our stay one night in a standard room, was smaller with no balcony or view but still clean and nice size

- had to leave key at reception when you leave to avoid loss. Not biggest issue but meant couldn’t leave aircon on

The location is fine and staff is friendly and attentive.

The bed sheets were stained, and there was no duvet, just a thin sheet. A blanket was available in the wardrobe, but I avoid using hotel blankets as I find them unhygienic.

You will have to cross the main road of patong to get to the beach and the party streets, which can be overwhelming at first

Everything was good. so i stayed a month! yes! i had 2 months in Phuket and i was shifting between hotels. none were interesting. Sole was close enough to the beach, closer to Bangla road, closer to food markets and Big C and also a very safe locality. basically everything was just a walk away. my room was large enough and with a balcony that faced the mountains. amazing. i loved my room. i loved the staff. there a good common area to relax. a family mart store just outside the hotel. what more can you ask for? thanks for everything guys. loved it.

1. the only problem was the lights in the room. they were so dim in the night that the room felt like a pub after sunset. i really struggled with that. 2. also wish they had given me a monthly rental option, and then i wud have stayed longer because i had one more month of visa left! but i plan to return soon.

Fantastic hotel, located 10 minutes walk from Patong beach. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom.
