The staff was exceptionally kind. I fell ill the first night of my stay. The staff were exceeding kind and repeatedly told me if I needed anything they would help including getting a doctor. I didn’t need a doctor but it was so nice of them to offer.

The first room I had was 2501. The music coming from the club blared from the early evening until midnight. It was so loud it gave me a splitting headache. Customers should be warned before being placed in that room. A younger person may not mind but for me it was intolerable. I had to wait a night to change rooms. That’s the only reason I’m giving less than 100%

Great location, close to everything and far enough away that is was also peaceful. The roof top restaurant was beautiful for breakfast and Nada was an amazing host every day. The staff at the front desk were also amazing, very helpful and just a pleasure to see every day. Ocean views from the roof top where the pool is located. Will be back soon.

Television could be updated to include Netflix and other services is the only thing I could mention.

-Location is very good, less than 5min walk from the nightlife , and everything you want around -Hotel and room very clean and modern -Staff is lovely and amazing, they are very helpful and caring if you need something. Tharindu the manager is very kind, and the staff at the reception also and housekeepers.Its makes the difference when the staff is nice -Pool is very nice on the rooftop, you can even enjoy the lounge at night with Shisha and a Turkish restaurant

Nothing, everything was very good

The team at Clarian Hotel BP, were great from the moment we walked in. Senior management was walking through the lobby, & noticed we had an infant. Offered to upgrade our room and position us away from the rooftop bar. To ensure a good night rest for the kid. (At no extra cost). This one gesture has made this stay 5 Stars. We did not need to change rooms, as it was manageable. Our departing flight was quite late in the evening, and the hotel offered us a late check-out at 2:00pm to accomodate. Beds were turned down daily, towels replaced at request. Wi-Fi was quite good. Thank you to all at the Clarian Hotel.

Very good location. Right at the entrance there are 2 restaurants and 1 massage place. Very close to the beach and also very close to good restaurants and terraces, 5-7 minutes walking distance to Bangla. The staff was very nice and polite and we loved that we could take beach towels on a daily basis from the Reception Desk.

One of the 2 rooms had AC issues. They struggled for 2 days to fix it. They were fixing it and working for few hours and then it would stop. We had to change the room in the end, not very pleasant to pack again everything and move to a different floor. Very nice rooftop however not sure what was the deal with it as it was always packed with French people and not all of them seemed to stay at this hotel. We tried one evening to find a place to stay but impossible and those people did not seem to be very welcoming. Very loud music until 2 AM, for some people a bit difficult to catch some sleep before 2 AM. Bathroom cleaning could be better, the tiles on the walls were looking greasy and dirty like they have not been cleaned in months, especially in the shower area.

The hotel was lovely. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. We were scared that it would be noisy because it is very close to the main street but surprisingly you could not hear anything coming from the outside.

We had some problems with the shower but it was nothing we couldn’t manage.

Combining of a modern furnished renovated room, a rooftop pool with the best rooftop bar in Patong beach, a spa, 2 restaurants one is western and one is authentic Turkish and Indian food. A hotel where you can be sure everything is convenient and the best is that 1-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main night life road. Good service by the hotel staff with thai, arab, indian and english speaking staff. Comfortable rooms with balcony with modern design most importantly, clean! Must try their rooftop bar, good drinks and good sunset view. Considering the location is in patong, after 12.30 there is no sound disturbance as the rooftop closes music at 12.30 or max 1am and this is very normal considering it is a nightlife city. Best turkish food available too and amazing spa which is professional and clean. Overall, my experience at this boutique hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The thing I absolutely loved the most was the location of the hotel- literally not more than 5-6 minutes by foot from Patong beach. Another thing that I was really hoppy for was the nearby cafe, where I found the healthy, kinda balanced food I was looking for. What's more, there were a lot of massage studios, restaurants, markets and little shops near the property. And it was very close to the "center", if I can address it like that. The hotel kept the temperature inside pretty low, which was pretty much our saviour, because the temperatures and humidity outside were killing. The rooms were spaceful enough, kept clean and tidy. Although the only thing I didn't fancy was how close were the rooms. When we steped on the balcony we could literally see in details what our "neighbours" were doing, if they didn't close the curtains. That's how close the rooms were. Other than that, the room was perfect! And another major thing for me, and a kind advice, is the size or, more important, the equipment of the gym. First, there weren't more than 6-7 machines and their condition was very bad. Like they were bought 20 years ago. I don't walk about variety or what's trending in the gym industry at all. It's about their condition. Couldn't use any of the because of that. Secondly, most probably because of the combination of the climate and the size of the gym, it was sooo hard to breathe in that room. I wasn't even 10 minutes into my training session and i could feel how I'm short out of breath. There was an air-conditioner, which only made half of the room colder nothing more. Didn't provide circularion of air inside. But (!) there were new and enough dumbells and barbells, which I found satisfing on top of the flaws. Other than these things my overall rate would be 9/10. I would book a room in Clarian hotel again, If I were to visit Patong again... hopefully i'll do. One more thing.
