I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience! The front desk team was exceptionally attentive, providing a warm greeting during check-in and inviting me to join their online membership program, which was a nice touch. The room was spotless, tidy, and had a fresh feel, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The location is perfect – very convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to key attractions. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was outstanding, with staff ensuring everything was to my liking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a prime location, and a comfortable stay.

For Western travelers, it would be great to have a bit more of a traditional Thai touch in both the food and the overall decor in restaurant which could enhance the experience even further.

Understand that the hotel is less than a year old, the rooms and facilities were new and clean. The buffet breakfast is awesome, and it is definitely one of the highlights. The bathroom design is modern and comfortable. These are really hard to find in most Phatthalung dated hotels. Despite the price, we always explore and support new hotels during our regular visit to Phatthalung.

There is no sheltered walkway connecting between the lobby, the rooms, and the restaurant. Unfortunately, the weather was bad during our stay and this became a concern. We didn't explore much due to our tight itinerary. Was there a gym, spa, or sauna? However, we will definitely book this hotel again in our next day to better enjoy it.

The design is modern, calm, and super tasteful — everything from the color scheme to the layout just feels right. The shower was a dream: powerful water pressure, plenty of hot water — which is rare in Thailand. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like sinking into a cloud — I genuinely didn’t want to get up. Add in the countryside view, cute balcony, and smart details like international power sockets, huge smart TV and this room easily felt 5-star quality. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect. The atmosphere is good. Hotel is clean.

House keeping just used a mater key card to enter my room while I was still in side, my room had already been cleaned and the sign "Clean my room" already removed from the door. Staff should ensure which room are occupied or vacant. This is concerns regarding the safety and privacy of guests and their belongings.

Staff here are exceptional. For tourists phattalung is not really a touristy place however English here was well above standard. Pool was fabulous, breakfast perfect and we had dinner here as well. No cafes within walking distance. Massage over the road was good and well priced. The rooms with pool access looked lovely and private . Reception also has lots of information on sights to see. Don’t miss Tham Tamlot Khao Daeng (caves and Buddha or Thale Noi) Would stay again .

We liked it so much that we stayed for 5 more nights than planned. New hotel, lovely large room with balcony, comfortable bed, great shower. Good breakfast buffet with a varied choice of Thai and international food. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing, except maybe: If you're not motorised, it's a fair walk (45 mins) to town/railway station/walking street.

Absolute love the architecture and the interior concept of Dusit Princess Hotel. The Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful, location is away from busy street, but still near to town.

i wish there's a seamless covered walkway from room to hotel lobby to cater for rainy season. however they do provide umbrellas, that works too.

The hotel is new, but comes across as not charming. Like a typical business traveler hotel. Even that the hotel obviously was not full, we got allocated a room, where the view was to large tanks and a power transformer station.

The cheque in staff were very kind, very helpful. They walked us to the room and made. sure everything was okay. They helped book us a taxi to the train station when taxes are difficult to find.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. We thought it was a great place.
