good located...we had a room next to the street with a little terace..that was perfect for us. the kids loved the pool.

the room was cleaned every day but in my opinion the shower could have been cleaner but for the price we paid I did not want to argue. we needed an extra bed for the children - on booking it is written 500 Baht per night. the personal wrote me that the charge 600 per night....so I responded that that can't be right since on booking it says 500. I never got an answer to that and on arrival they said 600 Baht per night no discussion. since we were just tired from the trip...we just agreed on it.

Good location. Rooms cleaned daily plus fresh towels. Tea, coffee, bottled water provided daily. Staff constantly cleaning communal areas.

A little on the expensive side compared to other properties nearby but cleanliness was good. Replace live plants outside rooms with artificial ones to reduce the amount of bites we received in first couple of days.

- Location is nice, 1 min walk to the beach, just near Sol 6 and plenty of attractions. However, we are not affected by the noise from bars and the streets. Not too close to those "adult places" to disturb older parents, not too far when I want to enjoy the city and have a beer or two. - There are plenty of foods and coffee outside, there are 7-11 on both sides of the street - Staffs are super helpful and friendly, speak English well, the receiptionist lady even assist my parents (who don't speak English or Thai) to order breakfast (the in house breakfast are cooked on order and taste great btw) and keyroom keeping - Rooms are spacious, clean, great aircon - Beds are comfortable, towels and other utilities are plentiful

- At night, you can hear other guests walk pass your rooms, not a big deal for us though - I rent 2 rooms with pool views, however the window is see-through so I have to keep the curtain on all the time, not too inconvenient though

The hotel is located in a very nice spot - just near the beach and the famous Soi 6. The rooms were good enough for the price - clean, and spacious, but the beds were quite hard. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If I had to go back to Pattaya I'd choose this hotel again

Excellent location. Right in the heart of Pattaya Central but on a really quiet street. Great swimming pool. And the staff were fantastic.

I prefer a buffet breakfast but I understand with it being a small hotel, they have to make do with a set menu. The food on offer was decent and not expensive.

This is the best place I have stayed in pattaya the room was very nice the staff was beautiful 😍 I will be staying again the swimming pool is beautiful the breakfast was very nice if you stay here you will not regret it 😀 😊 😋 ❤️

Love everything, a great little boutique hotel in Pattaya and fantastic value, a real gem, staff wonderful so friendly and kind, location amazing, very close walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping malls, massage, bars, and runway food markets 5 minutes walk at night is fantastic

So, you are here to see the comments to make sure this is a good place - right? Definitely a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. Nice well appointed quiet rooms. Great outlook towards the pool.

A couple of small issues that’s not uncommon here. Tighten up the taps and toilet seat - lol.

Nothing to dislike except my room had the sun all day and I couldn't change rooms.

Being charged 500 baht deposit for room card and not getting it back. And when we booked we were told our stay was £627 when we arrived we were charged £667. We had 6 rooms between us and they did it with all of us
