Staff very friendly. Close to all amenities. Had everything needed swimming pool and gym. Room comfortable with good size balcony.

Could have done with a little more information on arrival eg safe as this is set by handyman as arrived late had to carry safe key with me with a 1000 THB deposit on arrival the sheets did have marks on them and housekeeping was not available to change them (Mark's were wear related on closer inspection). Toilet seat was broken and although reported was not fixed throughout the stay.

Nice big rooms good aircon room cleaned bed made up and fresh towels daily. 5 minutes walk to beach or bars. 10 minutes walk to open food area. Didn't eat at hotel so no idea of food but breakfast available from 6am for 120baht . Sea view from balcony lovely . Very quiet considering location

Had to move bed to get to power socket .nearest without moving bed would have required a charge cable of 3metres. Only supply body soap in shower. No shower caps for ladies. Bathroom door really needs replacing

Hotel was quiet and could sleep. Near Jomtien and Dongtan beach. Services enough near. Personal helpful. Lived in big suite, very simple furnitures. Hope more chairs in sweet. Other bathroom had 2 showers, but if used so water din't find its way to right place - not easily.

The big building has seen its best times. Should make some renewencies, paint walls somewhere.. breakfast room could be more comfortable..

For the price, it was value for money. It's a basic hotel, clean and tidy. Found it alot better than many of the comments that I read about the place. I think people expect alot. Remember it's not a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. Great location and good breakfast for the money.

+ About 200 m to the beach, 100 m to the bath bus, very big room - It was not possible, to stay one hour longer in the room. It’s a big hotel, and I believe, they must keep their rules.

The staff changed my room because of a WiFi issue. They gave me a much better room. Great staff.

Some foreign customers constantly complaining at reception. Please understand this is a budget hotel. It is not 5 star. You get what you pay for. Customers should leave the staff alone. They do a good job.

Spacies big room with nice balcony. Friendly Staff in front desk and cleaning. Location easy for eating and go to beach.

Bathroom door was broken and could not lock. The curtains was not made to keep the sun out in the morning.

location to Jomtien beach, and Rompho bar and market area. I've already booked again.

Facilities a little dated, but serviceable.

The internet was patchy but not serious as the restaurant area had full signal
