The location is just less than 5 minutes walk to the Jomtien beach. However, if you go to Pattaya because of what it is known for, this is far from where the sleazy places are. The staff were nice. Wifi connection from my room was ok. And the room was spacious.

My bed was half overused (like my back was buried down), and the other half was a bit sturdy. I booked for a garden view but the "garden" was actually an empty lot with grown bushes. 😆 I paid with my card but was charged 3% of the price. They should be transparent/include this in their description.

Good quiet location in Jomtien area away from loud bars. This guesthouse gets all the essential things right… decent mattress, room cleaned to a high level, comfortable bed linen, free water, aircon, WiFi. The manager Jean was very helpful and the other staff. Great work, one of the better places I’ve stayed at in Thailand at this price

My second time here. Ideal situation, in quiet area, not far from beach. Plenty of bars a eateries, and laundry's in road. Near night market. Very clean, with large shower room and seperate w,c, in 8 bed dorm. Balcony for people who smoke. A lift also in hostel. Great owner. Beer etc, reasonable prices.

End of quiet side road but steps to amenities, beach and transport. Spacious dorms, good AC, and one of most comfortable mattresses I’ve had in Thailand. Friendly owner. Booked one night and stayed 11.

Has common area at reception but not a social hostel if it’s what you seek. (Wasn’t issue for me.) Room/bathroom not cleaned daily; I personally swept room several times during stay, as well as asking them. 11 day stay and linens not changed unless you ask (but they kindly did it when I asked in the middle of my stay).

Did not stay long as plans changed. Owner was understanding and refunded me unused day. The photos look a bit bare bones but it's a notch better than that (there's a lift, kitchen, etc., rooms are clean)

Seems to be not much English spoken, but I got everything I needed to (including refund for leaving early) done with no confusion.

There is a gas stove. You can cook. It's not far from the beach and the shops. The staff is helpful when you ask something...

The dormitory room has no ventilation. You should open the balcony doors from time to time to let the fresh air get in...

We booked for a month excellent. Big room clean comfortable. Staff very helpful. Very quiet at night. Lift to all floors. Laundry service. I liked the recycling bins on each floor. Very near beach and shops. Good value for money would definitely recommend

Nothing really. With us staying on a monthly basis the room was cleaned only once a week. Maybe twice a week and fresh towels.

location is great, almost directly on the beach, nice clean and quiet area, hostel is very well maintained, you get 2 extra big towels , each bed has curtains + 2 electric socket + night lamp. beds are extra comfortable, rooms are big and spacious with powerful air con and vents. balcony with table, chairs, sink. toilet/shower inside the room. free potable water machine by the reception, big common are, kitchen to use, library, on each floor microwave oven and hot water cattle, you can't give more to your guests. if the shower would be distanced from the toilet so you could shower normally it would be 10+ for this hostel.

shower is above the toilet seat so it is very uncomfortable to shower, and bathroom is very very small. no mirror above the washbasin, doe there is one in the room, so you need to shave in the room, not in the bathroom. everything else is extra super, so i'm really sorry that i couldn't give 10 for this hostel. it was a really pleasant stay.

Superb price! Cheap but decent hostel. Clean room. Friendly staff. WiFi has been working quite well. Walking distance to the beach. Rooftop patio is worth visiting with pets

NO COMPLAINTS!!! The best Jomtien accommodation ever. Super cheap but still it is quite decent.
