Location is very good, close to everywhere. Room is clear and wide enough. Breakfast is not bad, edible.

The room was clean,functional, and well priced with enough cupboard storage space. Balcony was nice, although it could be noisy from road traffic passing 24/7. Easy access to everything, 711 is next door ,pharmacy near soi2 all nearby Treetown for food and drinks. Good burger shop couple doors down also. Free pool table in lobby.

You need to pay a cash deposit for the key, which is a metal key and tag, even though the key was given back they did not want to return the 500baht deposit as they asked for a paper cash receipt which I don't remember getting on arrival. So remember to ask for this receipt ,photigraph it, and have your cash deposit monry ready on arrival to give them. Breakfast, which is served in another building needs improvement.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great location. Breakfast buffet and swimming pool only a short stroll away. P.S. Breakfast - left hand pot on the warmer is Tea NOT coffee 😂 If UK, probably best to bring your own T bag 😂 P.P.S. Coffee is instant, but very good 👍

Old Hotel needs a refurbishment. Lights not very good, especially in the bathroom. Only 3 towels (2 big 1 small) provided daily, any more and you have to pay extra (100 bht each towel). The standard of cleaning was adequate but not great (floors not really swept and surfaces not wiped/dusted). Don't expect pristine laundered sheets/towels as they are like the hotel, a bit old 😊

Only good things to say about this hotel. The two receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable with a good shower and a very comfortable large bed. There is a kettle in the room and a fridge and drinking water everyday. The shower is good and hot. The hotel is not the most modern but it has a lift and everything worked.The location of the hotel is excellent right in the middle of the entertainment district. The price I paid was ridiculously cheap for the standard of the hotel and the location. I would happily stay here again and again

Firstly, the members of Staff. From the time we checked in until we checked out, staff were consistently friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome especially Orla Laor and Pinky at the Reception. Lastly, the location was good all amenities easily accessed. Of course, breakfasts being included was a bonus. Also, hotel having a Lift/Elevator was great asset.

The location of this Hotel is great, if you like to be right in the centre of the action. On this trip I stayed at a number of hotels and accommodation, but this hotel had the most comfortable bed. Also the room decoration was quite appealing. Also the A/C in this room was perfect and cooled the room really quickly.

The swimming pool shown in the advert is not actually in the same building, but was in a building just down the road, which was not a problem, but I did not realise this when I booked the hotel.

The quality and great condition of the pillowtop mattress is heaven on Earth. Solid and firm for support, and luxury plush on top for unparalleled comfort. A blue and white industrial hotel mattress that is hard, this is not that! Great staff. Front desk and director are responsive to any inquiries. The nearby rooftop infinity pool with jet bubblers is a real treat. Housekeeping works hard and it shows. Safe and secure. And positioned just right to miss a lot of the sonic booms from Treetown or LK Metro.

The breakfast has no value. Ban from that kitchen hydrogenated margarine, all oils, use only real butter. Don’t add anything to the fried or scrambled eggs cooked in a saucepan of butter. Stop the horrendous overuse of nasty shallot reeds. Is this to curtail consumption?! It looks like wet grass cleaned out from a lawn mower in all dishes. All! Remove the ashtrays. It’s a breakfast space not a beer bar.

Great Location, Spacious Rooms, Comfortable beds, Good water pressure and shower, Friendly staff and central to all amenities that you need including food, restaurants, laundry, bars, massage and entertainment. Everything you need is only a few minutes walk from this centrally located hotel

Blackout curtains in the room are showing some age and lets lots of light into the room early morning when sleeping. Unable to adjust the air-conditioning in the room as its pre-set but works efficiently although a little noisy. Needs a refresh and paint in the very near future

Smell of weed from weed shop every day from next door very strong and over powering at times also I had a back room so at night strong smell of rubbish especially when the rubbish lorry was collecting the waste but has to be collected so not a problem
