Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with us staying in the pool view room one of the nights so they put is in a garden view room but offered a free taxi ride in exchange which was nice. Laundry service, scooter rental and tour bookings all right at the front desk which saved us a lot of time. 5 minute walk from stunning Long beach. Very cute hotel kitty that followed us into our room one night. Nice pool. Breakfast that was included was good as well.

The extremely loud prayer at 5:30am that’s blared on the loud speakers directly outside of the pool view rooms. I understand that it’s Muslim tradition to pray at sunrise but it doesn’t need to be played so loud it wakes up the entire hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of local restaurants and shops in the area, as well as a medical clinic not too far from the resort. Some of the facilities, like the massage center, is at another location. Once you put in a request to use it, a staff member will take you to it. Laundry is also 40 baht per kilo, which is cheaper than other islands that charge at least 50 baht per kilo. Although the weather wasn’t optimal when I stayed there, staff always ensured that I was comfortable and my needs met. Like the name of the resort, I had a Peaceful time there.

Although there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area, you need a rental scooter/bike to get around.

Large room. Do not expect the newest furniture but very PEACEFUL RESORT. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast compared to many places we have been before.We had to leave early end they served it earlier for us.

Not that we did not like but, there is room for improvement because overall it was great. They could work on the bathrooms a wee bit, also beware of mosquitoes in the area.

Excellent location, beautiful balcony area, a very inviting swimming pool, the nearby beach was perfect, and the room itself was quite comfortable.

The shower in our room had almost zero water pressure, unfortunately. But this is a small gripe.

We stayed in the private bungalow. The place is so nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful and clean with many plants. Afternoon it's shaded by the palm trees and it is a wonderful time for enjoying in the pool. The staff are great and helpful with anything. Our baby fell in love with the wonderful Saide and the reception and breakfast staff :) Breakfast is good and have a variety of options. Beach is 3 minutes walk. Restaurants also a few mintues walk. We loved here so much that we extended even more after a week here

Baby cot costs 300 bhat per night because they need to rent it from somewhere, so we just connected the 2 beds in the room and slept all of us in the bed.

They had double booked our room so we had to change rooms halfway through our week. The bed in the first room was rock hard and hurt my back and hips due to arthritis. Our 2nd room was a more comfortable bed and we both slept better. The pool was peaceful and lovely, sun loungers could do with a good clean. We had a Water Monitor visit everyday, it had no fear of swimming across the pool each day. Beach was a 5 minute walk away. It would have been lovely and peaceful if there wasn't banging and drilling going on from 8.30am until 2pm’ish. The resort is Muslim owned hence no bar or celebrations. The staff from gardeners, cleaners, restaurant and reception were all friendly and helpful.

No celebrations for Christmas - Breakfast wasn’t great, it would be better if they had electric heaters to keep the food hot or at least warm. A fresh egg station would be great for hot eggs or omelettes.

Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air con and room fridge worked very well. The pool area was lovely and clean, with plenty of loungers. Proximity to the beautiful Long Beach and several good bars and dining options was great. Overall, a nice hotel and good value for money.

The bathroom was a little tired, with a broken towel rack and shower head that wouldn't stay in the holder. Breakfast was ok, but not worth getting up for every day. Be cautious hiring a scooter through the hotel. The company they use charged well over the odds for a broken phone holder, which had flown off the bike while travelling at a normal speed along the main road. The company forced us to pay about 5x more than the item could have been bought for online. The guy at the hotel wasn't interested in supporting us in the matter and basically said we must have been racing down the road for it to have broken. You have no choice but to pay because the hotel holds your passport while you rent the bike.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for four nighs with our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming attitude. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – everything was spotless, from the lobby to our room. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort for their guests. The location is another highlight! Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, you’ll appreciate the convenience of being close to key attractions and amenities. Overall, we were truly impressed by the positive atmosphere, exceptional service, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

The location was fabulous. A short walk down a path to the beautiful Long Beach was so convenient and peaceful. We stayed in both a family room and then extended our stay and moved to a bungalow. Both were brilliant. The pool was clean and ni ely kept with plenty of loungers or beanbags to sit by the pool and lit up at night it was fantastic to swim in. The staff are all very lovely and very helpful. We rented a scooter to get about on the island and had no problems at all. Extended our time with the moped too. Sad for this part to end. Goodbye Peaceful Resort which truly deserves its name. The only noise you hear are the odd vehicle on the gravel drive and the insects singing at night.

Nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect for us. We even had our grandchildren stay over one night when we had the family room and they loved it too.

It was beautiful located with nice plants around and a swimming pool in the middle. There is a 3 minute walk to the sandy beach (Long Beach). There are some local restaurants nearby with nice curry dishes. The reception can organize tours and transfers to other places/islands. The people at the reception are warm very and helpful.

I missed a drying rack to hang out wet swimming clothes. I didn’t like the towels as they didn’t dry my body well. It would also be great to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang things.
