Very nice and big room, free shutle from the airport.

At the buffet breakfast eggs and sausages were cold. The room has bad sound isolation (noise from the pool) and bad heat isolation (AC worked welll)

The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport and very near to the airport. The swimming pool was huge. Customer service and the staff were polite. Their restaurant provided good ala-carte meals and tasty too. The room came with Smart TV where you are able to watch Netflix and Prime. Not far from city centre. Just a 15mins ride by Grab to city with less than 170 Bhat. Housekeeping was everyday and they maintained the cleanliness of the room.

There is not much of variety at the Breakfast catering more to the local taste. Very simple breakfast. The bread did not come with butter or jam. The hotel was more of a Resort based than a hotel with only 2 levels and if you happen to stay in 2nd level, it does not come with an elevator / Lift. You have to literally walk up the stairs which can be daunting for old people. The hotel refused for an extra chair for a room of 3 as they provided only 1 chair. When we asked for an extra chair, they almost charged us for a Fee.

The room facing the pool. Cozy surrounding. Pleasant staffs. Rooms were super good in terms of size and bed and everything. Buggy car was comitted and efficient.

Breakfast menu should improvise. Breakfast taste can be better. Quite a distance from town but it's ok because the resort was really cozy and making us feel it is even ok not to go anywhere just stay around at the resort..

Beds are super comfy. The room is facing the pool which is great to supervise our kids. The pool is safe for kids, not too shallow, not too deep. The room is clean, spacious, and the toilet is clean. The front office girls are polite and helpful.

TV is hard to navigate, WiFi does not connect. We ended up using our own WiFi and our own netflix account. But it's okay.

Everything about this place is very satisfying. The pool is right in front of our room. So aesthetic. We also had halal breakfast. We took 3 beds room but if want to add one more person, need to add 800baht and they will add one more mattress for the additional member. I think that’s nice.

Ideally located for Hat Yai International Airport (HDY). Well appointed rooms and really nice pool to enjoy a relaxing swim in. Plenty of places nearby to eat if you didn’t fancy spending all of your time at the hotel.

Having towels provided for pool use would have been helpful. We had to dry ourselves with our damp room towels when we showered following our swim.

Very convenient. The hotel has a free pick-up service from the airport until 11 pm. The swimming pool is long and nice. Breakfast is local food which I like very much.

Our room has water mark and mold on the ceiling.

Staff are not very friendly and the breakfast is terrible coffee you csn not drink the fried eggs are left on a try in the corridor and Re cold not catering for the west a d you can not book without breakfast which is a same because it a nice hotel

Very spacious and comfortable room - the complimentary snacks and drinks were a wonderful surprise! We loved the pool and it felt like a real community, with the neighbouring Bloomsbury boarding students and children having swimming lessons. Staff were very friendly and helpful
