Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Check-in was seamless, and the room was ready 2 hours early. Loved the nature feel of facilities. The room was a great size/spacious. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Great location (close to airport and right next door to a mall, not even a 5 mins walk). Quiet, not a lot of people there during my 1 night stay.

Room could have used more dusting, but I can't say it was dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, like no cushioning at all (for the price, the bed should have been better).

Mosquitoes. However that's a country issue rather than one of the hotel. But the dining room did seem to have many that enjoyed biting me.

The hotel is excellent. Quiet and clean place with a beautiful pool and good location. There’s a big mall right next to it with a food court, the airport is 5 mins away, no traffic. Money worth 100%. Staff is hospitable and welcoming, will do their best to help you out. Room service is 10/10, everyday without asking, well organized. Also very safe. I had my birthday next day after I checked in, didn’t tell anyone. However the hotel staff figured it out and wished me with a small present. It warmed my heart. Thank you VC@Suanpaak for taking care of me for the whole staying, I really enjoyed my vacation. Definitely high recommended.

-I have hard matress at home but this here was just 1 step to stone 😆 but could sleep so allright -no bar to have a drink or beer -water in pool too cold (for us)

Staff were super friendly! There was a concert going on near the hotel when I stayed so they moved me with no extra cost to an apartment in the hotel that was further away so I was not disturbed by the sound!! So lovely! Solo female traveller and I felt super safe the entire time. Would stay again for sure! I only stayed one night as a transfer before moving into more permanent accommodation, wish I could have stayed longer!

We were met at the airport by a car. The room was huge with a balcony overlooking the pool and excellent storage. We had very welcome help with our luggage on arrival and departure. The bed and bedding were excellent as were the towels. Extra supplies of water were provided as well as two delicious oranges. We also enjoyed the Jardin d' Ete, a smart cafe with excellent gelato and cakes in the wonderful garden of the hotel. The mall was next door for dining options and shopping.

It's a beautiful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the grounds are exceptional, the gardens are beautiful ❤️. There's so much great art, sculptures interesting buildings around the property. The pool is crystal clear and clean. I loved staying here so much, the staff are.amazing and very friendly. Highly recommend.

The bed was too hard, but when I mentioned it to the staff they arranged for a second mattress topper which made the world of difference.

We stayed here for one single night before our flight which was scheduled early morning. The position is perfect if one needs to go to the airport, only a few minutes of shuttle away, and the shuttle is free and working 24/7! The hotel itself is amazing, rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are too, with wide windows opening up on an inside garden with pool.

Breakfast was very good with options. It was close to the main street but quiet.

There is no washing machine on the hotel side.

Staff was great. Very accommodating for some unusual travel plans we had. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and very clean with a nice tub and walk in shower and a refrigerator. Mall and a Tops were very close which helped with eating.

Room was generally comfortable but the AC could have been better especially when it was really hot outside.
