The room was big and the bed and pillows very comforrable. I love their roof top bar as it has a great view of the surrounding mounrains. Perfect lighting for photos at sunset. The staff was also excellent. When I candelled my breakfast after waiting an hour for it (it was provided by the adjacent restaurant), the hotel refunded me. That is a sign of good service.

The balcony was also very big but I wish they had a parasol or a fan to protect the guests from the sun. Unfortunately we couldn't really enjoy it because of the heat. Too bad.

We absolutely loved this hotel from the second we walked in. The staff are absolutely amazing the room is absolutely fabulous. The smell when you go in was so nice. Bags taken right up to your room on arrival. Towels changed everyday! We didn’t realise until day 2 you can get pool towels on the top floor. Everywhere was very clean. Staff always on hand to help. Location was really good also! 10 min walk from local markets!

amazing stuff and great room with chill river view terrace. It's quite spacious, private and quite there. Gigantic and really comfy bed. Walking is easy around. First floor restaurant is really nice and stuff was so attentive that even offered us a mosquito repellent when they saw us being annoyed by them sitting outside.

the sliding door between bathroom and toilet.. It's one single big sliding door. You can imagine if one is in the shower -> the toilet is open and cannot close the door lol Also 0 sound isolation in the toilet. The washing room and the big bath are IN the room. So again you won't have any privacy if you are with your partner and you just want to spend some alone time in the bath. That said the mentioned bathtub, toiled and shower are of great quality as everything else there, you do enjoy them when you use them.

Amazing hotel! Rooms are huge with beautiful balconies. Really clean, friendly staff and streaming services on the tv. Breakfast is the best we have ever had! Two swimming pools with one on the rooftop bar area.

Just to note that the hotel is an easy 15/20 minute walk from the center.

Rooms were super comfortable and well appointed - loved hanging on the balcony which is private. Staff were perfect - friendly and respectful. Location is great. A short walk away from the action but quiet enough.

We were charged for numerous items that you normally wouldn’t be expected to pay for: a broken glass, a shower bottle (where the cap wasn’t screwed on properly), and some stained sheets. There wasn’t even a conversation about it. Rooftop area and pool could do with a spruce up.

Facilities and small touches were great in the rooms Staff so nice Loved the bathroom Small grounds but nicely done and cared for Very comfortable - allowing us to choose type of pillow. Soap and lotion was a wonderful touch

The deluxe balcony river view room was perfect, big and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast options. The top roof swimming pool and bar are great after a day exploring Chiang Mai.

We loved sitting on the balcony and/or by the pool down by the water, looking out at the Ping River. Serene and peaceful settings. Very relaxing. And the restaurant was excellent - food, service, value for money - in all respects.

The room was huge and clean except the mattress cover was dirty that I had to call to change. The staff was super nice and friendly. The balcony was gigantic and I love that the bathtub is close to TV so I can soak in hot tub and watch movies!!!!
