The personal is so incredibly kind, generous and helpful at all times. You will always be greeted with a smil and the question if there's anything they can do for you. The rooms are cosy and super clean, aswell as equipped with everything you need. Huge shower, and aircondition works really well The location is perfect, 4min walk to the main street, another 5min walk to the main road leading to everywhere you want, already surrounded my markets and amounts of restaurants and coffee shops. The Sunday market located right by the hotel, is amazing, colourful and has everything you might want. I definitely recommend this place, and their beautiful and kind staff!!! Thank you all again, it was a perfect stay. I'll definitely be back

We had the most incredible stay at this magical hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I had requested a surprise cake for my husband's special occasion, and they not only delivered but made it even more special than I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. A special mention to Rada—she is truly the star of this hotel! Her kindness, warmth, and constant happiness made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with a big smile, making us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. If you're looking for a hotel where you feel valued and cared for, this is the place to be.

Nothing, everything was amazing

Nine hotel was excellent. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful, cool (temperature) pool. It sits a bit off of the street, so can be tricky to access by car, but possible nonetheless with a large parking lot available. Important to note how great the staff was: our car broke down close to Doi Inthanon and we weren’t going to make it back to Chiang Mai in time to pick up our laundry before leaving the next morning around 6:30. We called the hotel and the woman working went to pick up our laundry for us. Just incredible service that saved us a lot of stress!

Nine Hotel Chiang Mai: A Gem in the Heart of the City We had a wonderful stay at Nine Hotel Chiang Mai! The location was perfect for exploring the old city and surrounding areas. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a different menu prepared each day based on guests' preferences. We loved the personal touch and the delicious food. The free bicycles were a great way to get around and explore the city at our own pace. We especially appreciated the late check-out and the exceptional service from Rada, who went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us arrange our onward journey to another hotel. Thank you, Rada and Nine Hotel, for a memorable stay!

Really warm and pleasant reception who were really understanding and helpful owing to our flight getting cancelled and accommodating changes of dates. Upon arrival, the hotel is beautiful and quaint and gives a really nice atmosphere. The room was lovely and the bed was huge! The staff were really helpful in helping us with getting around town and calling a few businesses for us as well as allowing us to leave our luggage so we didn’t have to drag it around town on our last day! Really nice comfortable stay, close to a food market and some nice bars.

The Nine Hotel is truly the best hotel I have stayed at in Chiang Mai. Location is in Old Town and easy walking everywhere. “Rada” is the lady’s name that runs the hotel and I have not met a nicer person in my entire existence on earth. Really goes the extra mile to make you feel truly special every day. 🫶🙌 The Hotel has a very relaxing pool, rooms are spotless, and best of all is the morning breakfast that “ Bau” the cook chefs up you would think it’s a 5 star restaurant. Absolute perfection.! I want to thank the staff here because next time I come back to Chang Mai this is the only place I am staying at.

Loved the overall vibes and decor of the hotel lobby and room. Comfy beds, spacious room and toilet (we booked the family suite). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Can watch Netflix on their big TV

- a strong toilet stench intermittently although the toilet vent was switched on - living area should have one more coffee table for dining (family suite) - flickering TV screen - mixed reviews about location. There was one time the taxi driver dropped us at the other side of the street where we had to walk through a long unlit narrow passageway to the hotel. It might be a bit scary for ladies

Our experience was quite pleasant and had a calming atmosphere. The staff upgraded our room automatically when they realized that the original room would be challenging for two people with a baby. Even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, they still left fresh towels and other essentials outside for us. I truly appreciate their thoughtful approach.

There is no buffet-style breakfast. The daughter of one employee slept in the playroom for two consecutive mornings.

The staff were super nice and helpful, they have everything for us: bikes for free, a room specially dedicated for the ones that can’t check in right away or the ones that have to check out. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is also nice. The room is enough and very clean. The breakfast was also nice and very complete.

Our room was next to the school and from 7am they started making a lot of noise and didn't stop all morning. Furthermore, we were unable to close all the curtains and the sun started to appear very early.

The property is super nice with a lot of restaurants and massage places nearby. You can also walk to some of the main temples which is nice, and they also have available bikes you can use for free to explore the city. The most important is that the staff is extremely nice and helpful! We loved meeting Rada. She helped us with advices and support throughout our stay.

Nothing really. Everything was correct. Maybe the space of the rooms… it would be nice to have a bit more space but in general everything was super nice
