My husband and I are on our last day of a weekday at Kait and Hasu and are a bit sad to leave as we easily grew accustom to the high-quality customer service. All of the staff are excellent. Our room is very clean with fresh towels every day, although compact by American standards. The included breakfast provides tasty options, including freshly ground and pressed coffee served by Pupae. We were very fortunate to have Pupae on our morning shift, welcoming the morning with a warm smiling, greeting, and conversation (and did I mention the coffee). Good location to restaurants (Alice’s Cafe- Khao soi, and Vegan Heavan- trust me-try the duck red curry), message parlors and old town. Good price, great value.

The rooms were compact by American standards but comfortable

Just stayed at Kate and Hasu, what a fantastic place, the bed is the comfiest I’ve slept on in any of the hotels I’ve stayed in snd the staff are so friendly and helpful, even preparing a packed breakfast sandwich on my morning of departure. The breakfast is great too, Thai and European options available. I would definitely return if I’m back in chiang mai

Very friendly staff, always happy to help! We booked a day trip and a transfer to Pai at the Kate and Hasu boutique hotel. Breakfast is really lovely! Swimming pool is nice after a day out in Chiang Mai. Laundry service is good. I loved the room, which has a Scandinavian look and feel, thanks to the elements of wood.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at hotels. The staff was very kind and willing to help with my requests. Especially we were surprised at the staffs' meticulous and kind hearted service offered on my husband's birthday. They prepared a written birthday card and cake that moved us.

This is a great little boutique hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. Right outside the old city, close to all the great night markets. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was really good, and all of their staff were really amazing, friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are a little small, my wife and I just travel with carry on and the room is tight. The shower is really tiny in the bathroom, that was a little difficult, but the price made up for it.

Very friendly staff, decent a la carte breakfast, nice pool (although a bit cold as shaded) and roof terrace. Good location near Chiang Mai old town. A fantastic small hotel and very good value for money.

Bathroom was a bit too small and the water went hot and cold. Sometimes hotel is noisy as corridors are open-air, especially if lots of vehicles are going past or other guests get up early.

We love the breakfast so much! Its have many variety and the portion is big and delicious. Like the new year eve special cultural dance performance while we're having breakfast.

The room picture from the website looks spacious, in fact there are quite small. But overall its ok...

Very nice little hotel! The facilities are very well designed. The pool is an absolutely amazing place to cool down from the heat of sightseeing. The staff were also amazingly friendly.

We had an issue where the bathroom door locked while we were both on the outside and we couldn’t open it. It was very inconvenient. But luckily the staff were quick to react and were able to help

Loved every bit at this hotel. It is small but has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the trims are clean, the water in the shower is hot. The staff is very wonderful and helpful. I had a perfect stay there and would choose it again any time!
