It was pretty nice place, stylish interior in the lobby, nice bathtub inside the room. Phad kaphrao was nice too, price for food was reasonable too.

No balcony, you can't even to open the window, not enough plugs super inconvenient. You should check the condition of the stuff inside your room, just in case you're accused of breaking something and have to pay a lot. For example we had situation when staff accused us for damaging garbage bin in the bathroom, and politely asked 3500 baht for crack on it. Of course we didn't do it, thankfully we didn't have to pay anything. Just kinda ruined the experience of staying there.

Hyde Park Chiangmai is a well-appointed hotel with a convenient restaurant onsite. The artworks and decor were very pleasant. Breakfast was good for our 5 day stay too. The ladies doing the daily clean of the rooms were friendly and did a great job cleaning, refreshing towels, and replenishing water bottles daily, and the restaurant ladies were very smiley and professional, too. The lifts were amazing (always seemed to be on the right floor, so no waiting!), and the aircon throughout the hotel worked well. Having two bathrooms and a good-sized fridge in the apartment was very helpful. We had an issue with an extra bed that was sorted out to our satisfaction by day 3 - thank you.The shuttle service to Nimmanheiman was most appreciated - if it went to the Old Town, it would be even better! 😉The doormen and security guards were very attentive, and the lobby area is a very comfortable place to wait for check-in or while waiting for Grab.

The location wasn't great for our first trip to Chiangmai, so we opted to get a Grab to almost everywhere during our 5-day stay - not much of interest to our family within walking distance of this hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel. We probably should have just done more research before booking, but it did make us especially grateful for the onsite restaurant! The apartment kitchen was furnished in the minimalist style but quite suitable to reheat food and make a cup of instant coffee, and the tetra packs of juice were a nice touch. We were asked for an additional 500THB to check in early, which we chose not to do, and had lunch onsite instead.

Cleanliness - lobby, facilities and room were all clean and well-maintained. Location - quiet and peaceful. Main areas such as the old city square area and Nimman were easily accessible by ride-hailing services, although not really accessible by walking.

Room may not be very soundproof - could hear travellers in the next room having a heated argument, their voices and thumping of furniture were clearly audible. Water heater was not working on the first day but was swiftly rectified by room service on the next day.

The room was very spacious. The pool was a highlight, complete with an adjoining cafe and restaurant that offered good options. The staff were attentive and helpful. As a bonus point, there’s a nice izakaya nearby

The location in the middle of a village neighbourhood meant that there were a number of dogs (some stray) in the area. Walking through at night was a little stressful

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with a laundromat nearby. Room is very spacious with a gorgeous view of the mountains over the horizon. Pigeon to greet you every morning included in the package 😂 Staff were friendly and the process to check in was fuss free and quick. You could also pay a bit extra to check in earlier which I did.

Me and my partner arrived early and were pleasantly greeted to store our luggage and help ourselves to the swimming pool, gym and bar area for the hour or so wait until check in. The room cleaning service was done everyday, new towels, made up and tucked bedding and wipe down without request which was a beautiful touch. The facility is very clean and modern, we loved our stay. We wanted to hire a bike so we spoke to the receptionist Mae. All the staff were welcoming and helpful but Mae was exceptional for assistance and information. Mae made our stay an even better experience and is a real attribute to the hotel.

The location is a little pushed out but if you have your own transport or a spare 40 Baht or so you can get where you want within 10 minutes. There are restaurants on your doorstop. The swimming pool is sheltered from any direct sunlight due to its layout and trees. One of the two lanes is undergoing a lot of new hotel construction so the roads not great. Our balcony doors were locked and were told on arrival that we were not able to open and access it. The walls aren’t very soundproof.

Very nice facilities. Friendly staff. Great value for money for a top hotel located conveniently close to chain mai. I would totally recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with great rooms and facilities. Staff was professional and very caring. Highlights are the relaxing pool and proximity to the centre

Airplanes noise at night

Beautiful property and rooms in a very cool neighborhood. We stayed here twice on either end of a Mae Hong Son road trip and would definitely choose this lovely place again next time we’re in Chiang Mai

Nothing- everything was excellent

It’s a modern hotel. The room was comfy and nice. Clean and fresh. The blockout curtains are awesome. The staff are so friendly! The service was awesome. We arrived early and stored our luggages and when we returned, the languages were already in our room. The location is a bit distant from the old town, like within 10 minutes ride away.

Staff were friendly, room was large and clean, breakfast was good, parking was easy.

There was a desk but no power points near it, in fact there was a shortages of accessible power points which is unusual for a new hotel. There was a balcony but you cant access it .... odd to say the least. Key deposit was annoying and took time to get my money back. Breakfast was good but the offering was inconsistant...... soup was offered most but not all days as was juice .... fruit appeared once out of 4 breakfasts and yogurt was on off. It just missed the mark and suspect there are better options in Chiang Mai.
