Little bit far our from tourist attractions - but can easily get a taxi Unfortunately the view from our room was a bit of an eyesore - an old abandoned bowling alley. The pool was lovely but only had about 3hrs of sun a day On the last night the shower was leaking and dripping alot (im sure if we had told someone they would have sorted it)

It was so perfect and so well sized, really comfortable. Very clean and had all i needed. Really amazing value for money. I would stay there again. Loved the gown in the cupboard and slip on shoes. Lovely size cupbpoard. pity the shower head does not work properly.

The shower was bad. The water came out in drips.

+: Value for money, friendly staff, small but clean rooms, nice and new decoration.

-: a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Hopefully, we informed the receptionist guy about that and after some hour mosquitos disappeared from the room, but still have plenty of mosquitos in the public areas and generally in this part of Chiang Mai. Difficult to communicate in English, like at majority of Thailand.

Very clean and spacious room, the bed was very comfortable and came with extra pillows. Ample hot water for showers and lovely pool. This place is spotless and just outside of the buzz of the city. I enjoyed the location as it was more quiet than the inner city hotels but still only a quick 5-10 minute ride to be right in the middle of the action.

really liked staying here. wish I had decided to stay longer than I did. the room I was in was really quiet. 7-11 right next door. good market a couple of minute walk. really comfortable and safe well worth the money. much better than the place I’m currently at. would stay here again.

Spacious room, cool AC, clean toilet, value for money, 7eleven around the corner.

The Pillow smelled like "weed" initially of which they were replaced. Everything else was great!

Very good hotel, nice staff, we had everything what we need for our stay. It is a little far from the centre, but you can easily get a taxi or Grab. 7/11 is right at the hotel, there was also a bottle of water in the room.

The hotel is very beautiful and gives you a feeling of an old Thai premises. The room and all the facilities are super clean and the room very comfortable and in good price. I really had relaxed time there.

The hotel is in a quite remote location and is not convenient if you dont have your own vehicle. Breakfast is not provided and as the hotel is remote the best choice you have is 7/11. The staff barely speaks English. My room was at the 3rd floor, without elevator and nobody helped me with my luggages.

The bed is so comfy and the whole room is very clean. I'm glad that they have such spacious parking space. I didn't understand why some of the reviews or even the place said it's limited. Overall, don't hesitate to book, it's very nice.

You can hear the dogs bark from the distance. And I didn't like that they didn't provide cups and glasses for two people, they'd only put one cup and one glass while it's a two-person room. No elevator, but that's not a problem really. Still, it's a nice stay.

Very comfortable room and beds. Was pleasantly surprised at the value for money. Perefect place for a base to explore Chiangmai and the surrounding areas. recommend one hires a car (Matana have car parking) and enjoy!
